City Limits has the perfect location, close to downtown Nashville (6 minutes) but still so private. Easy access to all interstates, 10 minutes to the airport, Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills.

The home has great amenities for the whole family, including a pool table, hot tub, sand volley ball area, swing set, PlayStation 2, basketball court, wireless Internet and unlimited long-distance calling.

The spacious living room, has a sofa, love seat and chair to relax on, decorated in an upscale tropical theme. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and a large selection of cooking utensils. The separate dining area consists of a beautiful oak table with seating for 6-8 people, with extra seating available.

The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a plush 4 post king bed. The second bedroom consists of a queen bed, the third has a full and twin with a futon.

The game room doubles for entertaining with a pool table, PlayStation 2 and several board games for your enjoyment with extra sleeping available. You will enjoy the relaxation of soaking in the covered hot tub area. The deck consists of grill and picnic table for your enjoyment.

Sand Volleyball area and swing set will give hours of enjoyment for the whole family.

The house was in a good location to get to places all over Nashville. The house was pretty clean but you couldn't help walking in sand on the patio and tracking it into the house. It rained a lot and the sand from the volleyball court washed down across the patio. The beds in the added on room weren't all that comfortable for those that slept there. We were all in our 50's & 60's and some with health problems. Softer beds would have been better for some of us. It was nice to have cable TV in 3 rooms so we didn't all have to watch the same programs. The kitchen was pretty good for cooking our own meals.

We attended a graduation and had 11 in our party. we were comfortably accommodated and even had guess over. It was a rainy weekend but the backyard awning allowed us to sit outside and enjoy conversation. The grass hadn't been cut due to so much rain,however, the landscaping was great. we wish we had another event coming up in Nashville. It was a much improvement over the hotel scene comfort and financial wise...

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The house was great, super clean, w/ a fantastic back yard. It is also in a great location. Would stay again and would recommend.
