Description of the Nassau vacation cottage rental

Our Oceanfront Cottage is located in a bay at the Eastern Point of the island.
1750 sq ft of living
8200 sq ft private property with 110 feet at the ocean
off the main road, in a private cul-de-sac, very quiet and secluded
10 Min by car to Nassau downtown and Paradise Island
The big Main porch faces East and has unobstructed ocean views!

Sunrises and Full Moons are spectacular!
Don't miss if there is a Full Moon rising over the ocean!!

You have direct access into the ocean on rocky shore for swimming, not deep and safe.
You can sunbath, relax under palm trees and on the porch, cool off in the ocean, swim and snorkel.
Experience our all day and evening inside-outside living life style by simply opening all the French doors from the living, dining, kitchen to the big back porch overlooking the ocean and enjoying the constant ocean breeze.
Barbecue your lunch and dinner and sip on your cocktails in fresh air.
2 Min walking distance outside from the cottage located in the same bay you find a nice and very clean small beach where hardly any people are. There are benches and a walking path along the bay.
The best and longest beach on our island is Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island, see island map.
You can undertake sightseeing, duty free shopping in town and lots of different boat excursions.

Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean.

The ground floor features 1 bed room with a double bed and 1 bath room/shower. The living room has a double futon. All over the length is an open living-dining-kitchen with the big porch towards the ocean and all french doors to open. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, fridge, freezer, ice maker, 4 range gas stove, Hood, dishwasher, Microwave. Washer/Dryer are in a separate corner.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 bed rooms and 1 spacious bathroom with tub/shower. One bed room is equipped with a queen size bed and a single bed. A big walk in closet is next to this bed room. The other bed room has a queen size bed and a walk in closet.

Our Sunrise Oceanfront Cottage is suitable for families, couples, singles and honeymooners.
It's location is perfect for a social get together as well as seeking quietness.

• Other Fees: AC use is not included. Because of the steady prevailing South/East trade winds there is a constant breeze from the ocean flowing throughout the cottage. Most likely you won't wish AC prefer fresh air instead. If you want to close up the cottage and run the AC during the night time an extra charge of $20/night is required. Electricity is very expensive in the Bahamas. Smoking is only allowed outside ! If you want to bring your small pet, please, ask, exceptions are made.
