Covered porch tiled in Spanish designer tiles. Upper Suite: Master, very large bedroom, very well ventilated with private balcony 20x10. Balcony accessed from single French door. Master bath: customized large shower, 6ft. Jacuzzi, bidet, toilet and large vanity. Custom designed Italian tiling with insets. Walk-in closet. Recessed lighting with dimmer. Residence has central air, telephones, cable/ high-speed internet hookup W/D, furnished. All living area floors are Spanish designer tiled. Security on windows with outdoor security lighting and dust to dawn. Grounds: Beautifully landscaped Bahamian garden and lawns. There is also a lush lawn with palm trees surrounding kitchen garden. Ideal for private lawn parties and outdoor entertaining. Guest quarter: 600sq ft furnished apartment with W/D, central air, Jacuzzi and separate entrance. Residence is located on hill top Cable Beach area of Nassau, five minutes from beaches, cable beach hotel strip and casinos.

My husband and I had the opportunity to spend a week in this wonderful house and we truly enjoyed it. The location is close to shopping and tourist attractions but still maintains its secluded and quiet residence. A definitely exotic experience that emphasizes comfort away from home.
