Description of the Nassau vacation home rental

Modern contemporary meets colonial design with all the amenities of home. Sundance is a 3,000 sq ft two story home with it's lush garden overlooks the beautiful Atlantic ocean on West Bay Street.The house has three bathrooms, (en suite w/jacuzzi & 2 full). Lay in bed and look at the beautiful lights of the Cable Beach hotels from 2 of 3 bedrooms. Sit on the balcony of Master and front bedroom and watch the sunset on the ocean. Sundance has an open floor plan and a patio off the sitting room that looks onto a beautiful garden area. From the house, a 15 min. walk takes you to the popular Cable beach resort, Crystal Palace Casino, and Golf course. The house is centrally located yet set apart from the noise and traffic of Downtown Nassau.The surrounding area has a number of fine restaurants, modern food stores, a number of banks, Churches, spas and salons. The ever popular 'fish fry',a hang-out spot for both locals and tourists offers a number of cultural foods and local entertainment

Excellent resort area makes this house location ideal for swimming,walking, biking or jogging. With Breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, its spectacular sunset lends itself for picturesque photographing. There is an ideal beaching strip across the street from the house. Just a walk away to the Goodman’s bay beach, there’s jet-skiing and parasailing. Hop on board a booze cruise or take a ferry to one of our neighboring cays and go snorkeling, swim with the dolphins or stingrays. Headed west of the property is the Cable Beach hotel strip with its golf course and tennis courts. There's two supermarkets nearby and restaurants and take-outs with Bahamian and other cuisines. It would take you fifteen minutes walking from the house, or get on board a bus which runs just in front of the property(buses run until 6pm). North of the house takes you to the popular fish-fry and into the major shopping areas like the Straw Market. A short cab drive takes you to Atlantis and Paradise island.

this home is super cute and in a great location for everything. we had 5 people in our party and we all were more than comfortable in the house. the #10 bus picks you up right in front and for $1.25 you can go pretty much anywhere. there is a supermarket close by and since there is a full kitchen in the house we were able to cut costs by having our own food and drinks at home. there is a small beach right in front of the house which is unfrequented therefor when we went swimming we saw all kinds of fish including starfish and all kinds of huge shells and sand dollars. we wouldn't have found such staying in a more crowded area. overall, we loved loved loved the house! we would all recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, spacious and convenient location! we would definitely stay again!!
