Luxury waterfront home available situated in large private walled garden which has a private swimming pool, beach and dock which is ideal for swimming, fishing and snorkeling. The house is only five minutes from Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island. Balcony has a fantastic view over looking the sea and across to Rose island. This property is 100 years old and is set in 4 acres of land-it really is unique and one of a kind. It is very private yet in the heart of it all.

If we are quiet or in low season we let rooms within the house for $195 per room. Each room sleeps 2 and has its own bathroom. No cooking facilities provided. You can use the outdoor facilities such as swimming pool, beach, dock and balconies. The rooms are cleaned daily. Please ask for further information.

The property is situated on the prestigious Eastern Road. The sea is to the North East of the garden. Paradise Island is only 5 minutes away and down town Nassau is just 7 or 8 minutes away.
