Description of the Nassau vacation townhouse rental

The Oceanfront Town House is in a small gated community with 4 Townhouses in total. Overlooking the ocean with unobstructed views. The house is located at the Eastern End in a bay.
2 Min walk to a small but very nice and clean beach with crystal clear water at Prince Charles Drive T-junction.
There is also a long beach in 10 Min walking distance on Yamacraw Hill Rd.
3 bed rooms, 3 full bath rooms, kitchen, open dining and living with a balcony towards the ocean and the private community pool.
The 2 bed rooms em suite downstairs have a queen size bed each. The open loft over living and dining has 3 single beds which can be pushed together and their own bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped.

Area Information

East End in a bay.
The island is 21 x 7 miles.
The airport is in the West, approx. 18 miles.
Residential area in a good upper middle class neighborhood, very quiet and no traffic.
2 Min drive/15 Min walk to the bus stop, $1.25
2 Min drive/15 Min walk to one out of two main big food store chains, Super Value food store.
2 Min walk to the Prince Charles Drive Beach and 10 Min walk to the Yamacraw Beach.
10 Min drive by car to downtown Nassau, Bay Street, and Paradise Island, Cabbage Beach and the Atlantis Hotel. Can also be reached by bus and walking.
Downtown Nassau caters mostly to cruise ship passengers and all shops are closed at 6 pm and mostly Sundays.
Good variety of restaurants on East Bay Street and Paradise Island.
