Safe, privately-owned Jitneys buses will take you anywhere on the island for $1.25.
Just take the #10 Jitney to downtown Nassau for duty free shopping on Bay Street.
On the west side of Sandy port beach are two wonderful Ocean front restaurants and
across the street a renown French restaurant. A full grocery store, a liquor store are a
5 minutes walk away. For any activity like fishing, sailing, snorkelling, or scuba diving,
the buses will pick you up just next door.
Any health issue, the walk in clinic is just across the street.
