Description of the Nassau vacation villa rental
Blue Water Resort is a private villa property that includes the amenities of a pool, beach, and tennis court. Soon you will be dining and sipping Bahamas Mama's at Da' Sand Bar & Grill, while Overlooking the Tropical Caribbean Sunset during Happy Hour.
All Villas are fully air conditioned and have a large kitchen with state of the art appliances. The living rooms of most villas host 42" flat screen TV's and additional TV's can be found throughout the villas' bedrooms. Also on the ground floor is a spacious patio with BBQ grill, bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer.
Floor 2 hosts the Master Bedroom with a large King Bed as well as the second bedroom, hosting 2 additional beds. Ocean View units which have master bedrooms that overlook the beautiful Bahamian ocean. There are 2 bathrooms located on this floor, and one more on the 3rd floor.
On Floor 3, you will find the 3rd bedroom which also hosts 2 beds. Guests may request to have beds combined to 1 large bed prior to arrival. Ocean Villa's have an additional 3rd floor patio with breathtaking views and on-call Spa Services are available by appointment.
And while your are planning on coming to the Bahamas to get away from life and drift off into Paradise, in-villa wireless & high-speed internet accommodations are available.

Good value for a good place

Our family (6 people age 38-93) spent Christmas vacation here. The house was lovely and well furnished. Large rooms, lovely rooms and well equipped. The 3rd floor bedroom needs a little attention, but the rest of the place made up for it. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The pool was clean and the chairs great. The beach was lovely and right off the pool. There was a small bar/dining area at the pool that met our needs. The jitney to downtown and the airport was right out front. The security at the gate was extremely helpful in getting us a taxi at 5:30 am to go to Junkanoo on Boxing Day. I would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Nassau. If we were to return, I would stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Water. The villa was perfect for the six of us.(all adults) and room to spare !!! We had everything we needed within walking distance, casino,food, groceries and liquor. Easy access to Atlantis by bus or cab. Next stay will rent an ocean view unit

Absolutely loved the accomadations (was nice to have a washer and dryer when going to beach or pool everyday). Went with 3 other women. Had plenty of space to not drive each other crazy. A/C worked too well, but we liked that. The place was very clean. Staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. The place is in a very safe area and close to different plazas with fast food restaurants and a 24 hour market (which serves food at deli). Got a lot more than was expected for the price. Would definately go back to this particular residence. Only issue was that we had a large roach that we had to kill, only once. However, I'm used to seeing roaches of that size in NYC streets... so was not big deal. Just had to make sure did not take any home.

Amazing views and great place

We arrived early and they were so nice to let us keep our stuff there while it was being cleaned. The view from our deck was perfect and it was overall a great vacation especially being able to go back and forth between the pool and beach all day. The only issue with the area is that it is a little harder to get around because the bus stops at around 7pm but everyone is so friendly and helpful so we were able to explore.

Worth to be there

We are a family of 5 (3 sons ages 3, 8, 16). We (parents) spent a lot of time at work and for us it is very important to be together during vacations and to do things together. Thus we really enjoyed staying at Blue Water Resort . Never overcrowded - small but very clean nice beach right by the villa. By the way, none of the hotels of course can provide with 3 floor accommodation (3 bedrooms, kitchen, etc and!! patio - your own backyard with grill for barbecue!!). Of course we bought some fresh fish and conch and grilled it next to our villa). The staff is caring and friendly, the food at the pool bar is nice and there was always something for kids. Getting around was easy, cause the bus stop is right by the resort. Close by there are some fast food restaurants, some italian restaurants, starbucks, liquor store, faramacy, sporting goods and etc. We all really loved this vacation.

Blue Water Resort is a Great Place to Stay!

We had an excellent time at the Blue Water! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The condo's are a little dated, but were clean and comfortable to stay in. I loved the relaxed and family oriented vibe of the place. All the island's amenities are close, most are within walking distance and/or taxi's and buses were easy to obtain. I can't wait to go back again next year!

We just got back from a 5 night vacation on providence island And stayed at this town home on delaporte point. It is a gated Safe community of townhomes that has two pools and is very Close to the beach. We all enjoyed the home and what the Property had to offer. The price was very reasonable I thought And the home was very nice. I recommend this property to anyone Looking for a place close to town and what that has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. Very suitable for a family get together with plenty of space. The beach and pool area were private and suited for a relaxing stay. Suitable for self catering and convenient to town and eating places. Only negative is that the property is aging and will soon need a face lift to justify the price. The staff were helpful and courteous

Mark was helpful and attentive. The condo was comfortable and clean. The location leaves little wanting. We brought food and purchased at the local Suoervalue, a nice walk or Jitney ride away. Really nice snorkeling and you can swim off the beach. The condos are perched on an old reef and the pool and edge of the reef are just a few feet away from the back patio with flowing palm trees in the back "yard".

outside does not do inside justice. From first pulling up we thought we were in the wrong place the building looks old from the outside, but the inside was perfect, plenty of space, cable tv/dvd, clean up to date appliances so much space. Tiki bar was nice. Private beach gives great privacy excellent view from ocean suites, private beach small but you can walk towards any of the other big properties and hang out (Sheraton etc.).The staff was very hospitable place is also remodeling so by next visit the old exterior should be taken care of. close to shops, bus or taxi to get you anywhere, a great place to stay we will be there next year!!!!,

The location and size of the villa was great. Villa #4 could use some updating and wall repairs. Everything is just old, but works fine. I would stay there again, but the villa would be fantastic with a complete update. The staff is very helpful. Food at grocery store costs about 2x that in the states. We had a great time! Walking distance to the Sheraton. Much more relaxing at the Blue Water Resort.

Great vacation spot!

The accommodations at Blue Water Resort are exactly as presented. Location was close to shopping as well. Beach and pool were great. We had ten people that were in two villas next to each other. The staff there was extremely nice and accommodating to all our requests everywhere on the resort from the front desk, to the housekeeping staff, the grounds staff and the Sand Bar staff. We would definitely stay there again with a group.

Blue water resort - just OK

I have to give a mixed review to Blue Water Resort. We stayed in a renovated garden villa. The appliances were new and the property was clean but the beds were awful. Old, saggy and squeaky = poor night's sleep. The headboard didn't attach to the bed and the elastics on the matress pad and sheets were broken so they came off when you rolled over. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and the beach was great. They had a convenient free shuttle to the grocery store the day after we arrived. On the other hand, the internet was down for 5/7 days of our trip, and on the one rainy day we discovered the DVD player was missing a cable to connect to the TV. Good place to bring a family. Pack a pot scrubber and some laundry detergent as these are not supplied.

This resort was absolutely wonderful. It was as close to home as possible for a vacation. The staff was wonderful. The gardenview and oceanfront villas are beuatiful! Everybody was very helpful. The place is in a convient location.The bus picks you up and drops you off right in front. The only thing that was bothersome were the little bugs that are native to the islabd, so bring bug spray, to spray everything and then wash. You will need your own dishwashing liquid, detergent for clothes, things like that. I will always book here when visiting Nassau!!Thanks again!

We stayed in one of the renovated units. It was clean, had new appliances and was close to the beach area. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you want to stay at a quiet resort yet near all the action, this is the place. Pool was nice and the beach is wonderful.
