THE VILLA IS RIGHT ON THE OCEAN,

located in a bay at the Eastern Point of the island,
off the main road, in a private cul-de-sac, very quiet and secluded,
10 Min by car to Nassau downtown and Paradise Island,
2 Min by car to food store.

The big Main porch faces East and has unobstructed ocean views!

Sunrises and Full Moons are spectacular!
Don't miss if there is a Full Moon rising over the ocean!!

You have direct access into the ocean for swimming, not deep and safe.

Experience an all day and evening inside-outside living life style. French doors from the living, dining, kitchen onto the big back porch overlooking the ocean and enjoying the constant ocean breeze.
Barbecue your lunch and dinner and sip a cocktail in fresh air.
There are 2 beaches close by in 2 Min and 10 Min walking distance.
Along the bay there is a walking path with benches.
You can undertake sightseeing, duty free shopping in town and boat excursions.
Note: the town mostly caters to cruise ship passengers and almost everything is closed after 6 pm.

Follow Eastern Road into Yamacraw Hill Road. Turn the first corner left into a private cul-de-sac after you pass the Prince Charles Drive T-Junction East on your right.

2 and 10 Min walk to beaches.

1/2 mile, 15 Min walk: Super Value Food store and Bus Stop
1 mile: liquor store, Domino's/Wendy's/Chinese take away, pharmacy, doctor's office, post office

4 miles: Nassau harbor, Potter's Cay Dock, to Paradise Island connected with a bridge to the Atlantis Hotel and Cabbage Beach. On the Paradise Island side under the bridge there is the boat terminal for most excursions.

Fantastic, clean and well equipped

Our family of 8 spent a week here and it was a wonderful home base in Nassau as well as one of the best parts of our vacation. The villa is spacious, neat and well equipped (TV, A/C, WiFi, complete kitchen and a BBQ to boot). Ideal for families, folks on retreat or even a small group of friends. The sea is steps away and decent for snorkeling the beach is 5 minutes walk. We marveled at the amazing sunrises we experienced here and had a great and overall restful and stress free stay. Martina is extremely helpful and accommodating and made sure everything is clear. I hope to come back here soon. What a great find!

Ocean Front Villa

We stayed in the Villa for a week. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and accommodating. The Owner is a gem. Great location if you like to get out of the main stream and hustle of the downtown. Convenient to groceries. Very quiet. Sunrise every morning. The local Bahamians are so friendly. Wouldn't hesitate coming back to this place again.

You won't want to leave.

The pictures and descriptions don't do justice. The house brings the outside indoors to a very open living, dining, and kitchen space on the main floor with a large porch that begs one to sit and enjoy the water which you can practically reach out and touch. A great kitchen with new appliances make it so easy to whip up a snack or a meal and we took advantage of the nearby fisherman with their fresh catches they offer each afternoon. There is a small yard with beach chairs and a small sandy area next to the breakwater and the water is right there. A car is pretty much a necessity as it is in a private neighborhood part of the island. Nearby grocery and liquor store are convenient and the restaurants are 15 minutes driving and are quite good. Rush hour traffic is slow but everyone is so friendly, we didn't mind. Driving downtown is interesting but not a real problem. There is so much to see and do on the island but the house draws you to it, to sit and enjoy and not want to leave. It was a great balance to be out and about and then to come back to the Villa to kick back, have a cocktail, whip up a snack or dinner, and just relax. I had to pry my kids and wife out of the house at the end of our stay; they didn't want to leave. Neither did I. Our contact was a pleasure to work with during the booking process and during our stay. She made everything easy. We would certainly recommend this great property and are already planning our return.
