Where do I begin. A/C didn't work, no hot water, zero water pressure, and some sort of infestation - not sure if they were bed bugs or sand fleas or whatever, but it has now been three weeks since our visit and there are still bites on my legs and feet. The "manager" of the property was impossible to get in contact with. We attempted to set up a meeting with here multiple times, but she was "unable to make it". Instead, we spoke with her daughter whom was staying next door. This young lady was rude, condescending and seemingly could not care less about our experience. They did send over some plumbers to work on the hot water and water pressure, but the fix was less than satisfactory. The A/C was never fixed. This place looks great on the website and in the pictures online, but upon arriving, we quickly realized that the pictures don't tell the whole story. The 'amenities' we non-existent. We had to buy toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags, etc. All the things you expect to be there when you pay over $7,000 for a place to stay. And, for the icing on the cake, they refused to give back our damage deposit. The door knob at the main entrance was broken, which we were blamed for, and apparently some mystery lamp was also damaged. Somehow this equalled $800. I guarantee not one of the cheap furnishings in this place is worth close to $800. It was just a scam to keep our damage deposit. After returning, we found a review on another website telling a very similar story to ours, right down to the stolen deposit money. These scam artists will not be in business for long, but until they are run out of town, do NOT give them a single dollar. Go to the Hilton, go to Atlantis, go anywhere but this place. Sea Club is a SCAM. My girlfriend and I ended up getting a hotel for the last two days, even though we had already payed to stay at the Sea Club - it was that bad.
