Relax in one of our two private pools, or enjoy the many watersports available right from our location on the beach. Visit Archie's, our beach side bar, or grab a snack at Viola's Bar and Cafe a few steps from each pool.

Walk over to the Atlantis and join the throngs for an exciting day of shopping, gambling and much more, or cross the bridge to Nassau's downtown and tour. Then return home to the quiet relaxing atmosphere of Sunrise Beach Villas.

Our locations is our one of our best assets. We are located a two minute walk from the Atlantas Casino complex and shopping and restaurant opportunities by the dozens. But the fun doesn't stop there! Scuba dive, snorkel, parasail, deep sea fish, relax on the beach, get a massage or have your hair braided Bahamian style while you look out over the beautiful ocean.

Family Beach Vacation, April 17, 2009

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful place. We rented a 2 bedroom condo which itself was clean, but in dire need of a makeover. However, it was everything we needed. Two pools were literally a few steps away. Neither was ever crowded and many chairs were always available. Even though our unit was probably the furthest from the beach, it was still only steps away - perhaps a one-minute walk. The private beach was spectacular. The water was crystal clear. Beach chairs were available for a daily rental fee. Motorized sports were also available. There is a restaurant on the premises - Viola's. The food was good and the drinks were cold. The staff at Viola's and Sunrise Beach were always friendly and courteous. Atlantis is a short walk away and has everything else that you could imagine including the crowds. There is a small grocery store but it is extremely expensive - bring what you can in your suitcase. Overall, this was a great family beach vacation. We'll be back.

A Break From the Glitter, January 4, 2009

We rented a 2 bedroom condo. It was very clean as were the grounds surrounding this wonderful retreat. With the glitter of Atlantis to the East and the posh homes/One and Only to the West, this is a welcome retreat to relax yet be close to the attractions of Paradise Island. I would recommend if you have children or want a relaxing adult get-away.

My oh my, (Yes, we live in Seattle!),

What a grand time we had at Sunrise. My parents, husband, 5 yr. old, 2.5 yr. old twins, and myself had the time of our lives. This is the perfect place if you want all the amenities of home ( kitchen, laundry, cable tv?) Enjoy 2 pools, private access to Cabbage Beach, 24 hr. security guards, and friendly, helpful staff.

Atlantis is a 5 minute walk, and grocery stores (expensive, pack a suitcase of non-perishables) are over the bridge into Nassau.

Our adventure started on a water taxi to Paradise Island.We toured the island looking for the beach and a place to stay.Finally, after a long hot walk,we found the beach, a bar, and Cousy. We asked him if he knew of any places to stay,his response "Right here, it's great!". Well he was right. It was not only the most beatiful beach I've ever seen,it was very clean and affordable. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our villa was very spacious with two bathrooms,a full kitchen and a sprail staircase leading up to a comfortable, cozy bedroom. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have rebooked our next holiday with Sunrise Villas. THANKS again Cousy! We truely found Paradise on Paradise Island. The Runaways, E&D July 19, 2007

My Girlfriend and I had an awesome time while staying at this quaint Villa in the Bahamas. Sunrise Villas was better than we expected. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They loved hearing our stories about our daily dives. Our villa was kept immaculate. The pools were great for a quick evening dip to cool off. If you want a little piece of heaven on earth definitely stay at Sunrise Villas. Best of all it wasn’t overpriced and you most definitely get more than you pay for. Everything was within walking distance. We especially loved that the beach was literally a hop and skip away. Atlantis was just up the block, and on our way to the store there was a cute lake where we'd stop and feed the fish, turtles and ducks. We were planning on going to Vegas at the end of July but are thinking of cancelling our reservations and going back there instead.

This is truely a bahaman get-away. The villas were well kept and right on the water. Everything was fantastick, without the bustle and noise of a huge resort (like the Atlantis, which is right next door). Defintely two thumbs up. June 27, 2007
