Deposit fully refundable up to 90 days prior arrival and at any time in case of hurricane warning(except for a registration fee of $550). Balance payment has to be made 60 days prior arrival. Electricity meter reading done upon arrival & departure, abuse will be billed.
Other Fees: Payment is by wire transfer only.
