Deposits: Payment by wire transfer directly to owner. 50% of rental fee + security damage deposit of $1000 by wire transfer at booking. Deposit fully refundable up to 90 days prior arrival and at any time in case of hurricane warning(except for a registration fee of $550). Balance payment has to be made 60 days prior arrival. Electricity controlled on meters and billed above normal consumption.
