Easy access for handcapped person into the apartment and into the pool area. Fully furnished, and kitchen is fully equipped. Master bedroom with queen bed and additional bedroom with two twin beds. Central air conditioner. Secure, locked, covered parking garage. Service and social elevators. Laundry and maid service. Hall for receptions/parties with wet bar. Large lap pool with exotic wood deck and wide wheel chair ramp. Building was completed on April 2007 by famous local architect. Comfortable balcony with gorgeous views of village and ocean. You must see to believe it!
Area Description
Lots of restaurants for every budget in a higly scenic area. Art galleries, beaches, shows, clubs, giant sand dune rides, diving, snorkling, or just sit by the pool. Shopping centers and movie theaters are few meters away. Gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean and of the village of Ponta Negra. Many possibilities and access for the handcap.
