This unit offers a full kitchen with zodiac quartz countertops. The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed and a TV/DVD combo. All TV's are equipped with cable TV and unit features free local phone service. In the hall, there are two built-in full-size bunks that your kids will love! In the living room you will appreciate the comfortable sleeper sofa along with TV, DVD, and stereo. The unit is equipped with its own personal laptop or you may bring your own, we offer free wireless internet connection.

RENTAL TERMS:
We require 50% of your grand total for reservation. The grand total will include a deposit of $100.00. The remaining 50% of your rental will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your rental is within 30 days, the complete grand total must be paid within 5 days. It was our first condo experience. We stayed 2 weeks and had a great time the weather was not the best but it sounded like it was typical for the panhandle. More cloudy days then sunny. It was a layed back area without the hustle and bustle you find in Panama City or Destine. The staff at the condo was friendly and it was a nice layout.

The condo was great, clean and a beautiful view. I rented directly from the owner and she was a nightmare! did not return calls in a timely matter, was very condescending and offered no info at all. Learned a lesson -never rent from an owner, rent from a property management co. The owner was difficult to reach for confirmation and we were at the condo still waiting for a code to get in at check out time. Went in to office to ask for help and they said there was nothing they could do as we rented from owner direct.. It all worked out, but there was no info in condo about anything -instructions for electronics (by the way promised laptop was not there) tv stations, restaurants, activities, etc. More communication would have been nice as this was a 2 week stay.
