Navarre beach is great and a good family vacation, but the Summer Wind isn't a good choice. I am not one to complain so I will keep it short. Unit was dirty, after you check in on Sat the office closes for Sun and Mon so if there is a problem you can't get any help. I had to clean out a shower drain because I was standing in a foot of water, it was completely full of hair. Stains on the comforters and pillows in two bedrooms, the refrigerator wouldn't cool. The AC unit would not cool the room better than 78 degrees, it stayed hot at night. There was three chairs on the balcony, two were broken. Although they say no pets all the owners had them and they barked day and night, everytime we rode the elevator it smelled like dog, and if you are lucky there was dog piss in the floor. Never rent a unit with carpet because it is nasty and full of sand. And watch out for the 95.00 dollar rental fee they don't tell you about until check in time.

We recently stayed in unit 404 at summerwind on navarrae beach, the condo was great! The view was perfect, very roomy, had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable....

This condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. All of our needs were me as the accommodations were top-notch. Beautiful beach, too.
