Navarre Beach is a very quiet and relaxing beach. There are two restaurants located on the island. Restaurants on Pensacola Beach (6 miles west) will be accessible upon the reopening of the road (projected Apr. 08) between Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach. There are a number of restaurants in Navarre on the mainland and Pensacola is a short drive west (30 min.) and Destin is 35 minutes east. There is a Publix, Winn Dixie, and Super Walmart in Navarre.
