Recently renovated cottage in beautiful central Portugal in a small village only 10 minutes drive from the town Castanheira de Pera. Surrounded by pine and eucalyptus forests, perfect for walkng hiking and rambling. The cottage spans two floors and has two large double bedrooms, separate modern bathroom, large open plan lounge diner and spacious modern fully equiped kitchen.
Surrounded by pine and eucalyptus forests Rio Cabana is the perfect retreat for those looking to relax and wind down. Rio Cabana is a 10 minute drive to the large town Castanheira de Pera, which has several mini supermarkets, 2 banks, post office, farmacia, health centre, restuarants, cafe bars and open air swimming pool with a wave machine (Praia das Rochas). There are numerous small market towns in the area worth exploring such as Figueiró dos Vinhos, Lousã and Pedrógão Grande. There are also many lovely river beaches (praia fluvials) in the surrounding villages.
