Charming one bedroom villa, suitable for a couple or couple with small children, disabled friendly, 100 Km from Lisbon Airport, right on the coast line, close to major sightseeing spots and shopping.

Completely furnished, TV with satelite dish., microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, private terrace with outside furniture and extensive gardens overlooking the beach. Sleeper sofa in the sitting room (sleeps 2) . Rates include all utility sources, such as propane gas, electricity and water. Linens, towels and kitchen ware are supplied. Wheelchair accessible.

Area Description

SALGADO is just minutes away from some of the most notable tourist attractions and historic locations. The nearby medieval town of Óbidos, a World Heritage Site, is considered by many to be the most beautiful of Portugal 's historic villages.

Visits to the fascinating towns and villages of this region are made on uncrowded roads and offer rich rewards. Fátima is an easy drive as are Alcobaça and Tomar.

The Praia d 'el Rey championship golf course nestles side-by-side with the ancient, picturesque charm of medieval town of Óbidos and Foz do Arelho offers access to the beauty of the Óbidos lagoon and the lively bars and restaurants around its shores.

It's a very quite Hamlet, great for people that need to rest and want peaceful surroundings. 6 Km of white sandy beach for long walks along the shore or hiking to the hills that surround it. The well known fishing village of Nazare is nearby and can be seen at the end of the beach.
