Description of the Negril vacation condo rental
If you see that our place is booked for your dates but like what we offer, please contact us anyway! We also manage other second-home condos on behalf of our neighbors.
Our end unit studio is located in Point Village, a secure condo community with no thru traffic along Negril's 7 mile beach. Situated on a peninsula which separates the Long Bay beach from Bloody Bay, this lush 14-acre property offers 2 private beaches, one clothing optional, rock pools and a cove for snorkeling.

Point Village Vacation

Our Condo on Point Village was everything we were looking for. Quiet, quaint and had all the amenities we needed to use it as a base for our Negril Jamaica Trip. The beach was close enough to walk to and the snorkeling out front was great as we were right on the water. The information package that was left for us was very helpful in deciding where to eat, where to go, and who to use. We had a very memorable time and would do it again in a heartbeat. The Lobster Dinner on Booby Cay Island was the best..

Best Keep Secert on the West Side

My wife and I just got back from our amazing trip to Negril, Jamaica and we found the best keep secert on the West Side of Jamaica. Nestled in a beautiful point just .25miles from Sandals Resorts lies charming Point Village. We couldn't have found a better place in completly suited our needs. Our unit was a charming studio with a queen sized bed, couch, small kitchen (with everything you need to cook a great meal), flat screen TV, AC, cieling fan, tub/shower, full size fridge, DVD's, books to read, games and snorkling equipment. We were there for my sisters wedding at Scandals which was just one resort over from Point Village and since Scandals was out of our price range we choose Point Village and could not have been happier. We had day passes to Scandals for 3 days so we got to enjoy everything Scandals for a few days but our favorite part of the vacation was just being there by ourselves in Point Village. The swimming pool work for when you need a break from the Salt Water but it is just a basic pool. The rock pool which is a beautiful pool carved right into the rocks is breathtakenly beautiful. We certainly also enjoyed the fantastic snorkling just 100 yards away from our condo. Such pretty coral with great tropical fish and secret under water caves to explore right there on your own properity. But for anyone you has to attend a Destination Wedding and Scandals is out of your price range look up Rolf & Andrea they were such great host and made our stay fantastic. From suggestions of places to eat and sites to see from stores to visit and so forth it couldn't have been better. If the future ever call for a trip back to Negril we know where we will be staying and that is Point Village.

The condo is every bit as wonderful as was advertised. The best view of those beautiful Jamaican sunsets. So enjoyable that we rarely left the property.

"This is a fabulous property for two people. We arrived on 12/26 on "the heels" of the big NYC snowstorm and had a glorious time. The porch and view on the water is spectacular. The condo is clean and very well equipped and Negril is a fabulous place to explore. We negotiated the route taxis, had wonderful Jamaican local food, had cocktails on the beach and the sunset from the balcony is as good as Rick's or anywhere on the cliffs. I would highly recommend renting this unit. You won't be disappointed!!!"
