Our recommended friendly & depandable drivers offer private airport transfers at reasonable rates.
They have well equipped & maintained vans & taxi's & are happy to see to all your transportation needs,
they check with you each day if asked.

They are available for grocery shopping & will wait for you & bring you back to help you un-load.

They also offer many interesting fully guided day trips to the beautiful countryside,
stopping at sereral colorful local markets for unique Jamaican handicrafts & wood carvings.
You can choose to visit several pristine waterfalls that are a nature lover's delight, an exotic market day trip
to nearby Savanna La Mar, scenic Lover's Leap & the thrilling Black River Safari on the
South Coast as well as many other special & beautiful tours.......just ask us!

Our beach guard makes it easy for your lounge to be placed right on the sand for sunning or in the shade of beachfront palm trees. He will also arrange for local operators to give you the best rates on the wide range of watersports like Para-sailing, snorkeling, SCUBA, banana boat rides, jet-skiing, windsurfing, glass bottom boat trips to the spectacular shallow reef, romantic sunset cruises & more that Negril is so justly famous for.He will be glad to watch your belongings should you choose to do watersports or take a walk. If you wish to read a book or take a nap he will make sure you are not disturbed.

Our friendly night watchman is on duty while you sleep, patrolling our grounds from sunset till sunrise .
Our 2 & 3 bedroom, spacious & comfortable rustic family-style cottages are designed for
maximum beach life enjoyment & offer casual beach vacation living.
Every cottage has 1 Kingsize bed, there are 2 single beds in each of the other bedrooms.
Daily maid service is included in the rates.
All cottages include fully equipped kitchens are fully screened and have ceiling fans in all rooms,
(no A/C as the cottages are set in shady gardens)

IF YOU STAY IN A COTTAGE you can even order a delicious home cooked Jamaican meal,
as we include cook service for one meal per day in our COTTAGE rates only,
(guests provide all groceries needed for meals)

We also feature 3 lovely air-conditioned spacious & comfortable 1 BR oceanfront suites with
self-catering kitchenettes. Each suite has a king-size bed & private verandas overlooking the beach.
Of course daily maid service is included,
Cook service is not offered in these suites since most vacationing couples do not
want to shop & cook but prefer to do drinks, breakfast & snacks in the kitchenette & eat out at the many local places that we are close enough to walk to.....

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Mastercard, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check, Visa
Check In: 1 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 7 nts.
Lodging Tax: 8.5%
Deposits: RATES ARE BASED ON TWO GUESTS IN EACH RENTAL, A 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation as we a limited number of rentals and will refuse any potential inquiries for the unit and the dates you have reserved. Your deposit guarantees that the reservation you have made will be held for you. All deposits received will be confirmed by email or regular mail. Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing
Other Fees: RATES ARE BASED ON TWO GUESTS IN EACH RENTAL, 10% gratuity to staff tip pool added to rental total please add $30/nt. year round for each guest over the first 2

Hi Lonnie and Stanley, I want you to know how much we enjoyed staying at Nirvana. The weather was great. The suite we had was great. The privacy of the beach was great. The staff was great. We hold a special place in our hearts for Moses who took care of everything from water sports to directions and helpful advice. I can honestly say that this was one of our most enjoyable trips we have ever made. We absolutely loved the upstairs veranda suite. It has the perfect beach and ocean view with the best location on the entire beach. It was spacious, and private. It is an absolute gem. We stayed for 2 weeks and even then we did not want to leave. We have not stopped talking about Nirvana to our friends and I'm quite sure that we'll be back in the not too distant future. Thanks Frank and Brigitte.

"Thank you for being so convincing last month when I inquired about Nirvana. You told me we would not be disappointed in any way, and we weren't! Your staff was wonderful, the drivers were great and the place was heaven. The two Veranda suites were perfect for two couples to be together while still having complete privacy to be alone when we wanted. We absolutely loved every minute. We spents hours and hours in the unimaginably calm, blue water, and my sister and I only had shoes on twice the whole time we were there! The guys golfed, and we snorkeled -- it was gorgeous. We loved walking down the beach to choose a place to eat and haggle with the happy Jamaicans selling their wares. Our husbands even had a chance to watch the British Open on the big screen t.v. at Marguaritaville while we shopped. We discovered that we loved jerk chicken and jerk pork, and we spent a couple of evenings dining under the stars. It was wonderful. Lynn, Ziggie and the rest of the staff were delightful. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and we plan on returning again and again and the only place we will stay will be Nirvana. Heaven on earth! "

We had the mst wonderful time. Your staff was wonderful, the drivers were great and the place was heaven. We absolutely loved every minute. We spents hours and hours in the calm, blue water, and we only had shoes on twice the whole time we were there! The guys golfed, and we snorkeled -- it was gorgeous. We loved walking down the beach to choose a place to eat and haggle with the happy Jamaicans selling their wares. Our husbands even had a chance to watch the US Open on the big screen t.v. at Marguaritaville while we shopped. We discovered that we loved jerk chicken and jerk pork, and we spent a couple of evenings dining at la Charela. It was wonderful. Sigi, Lynn, Bonnie and the rest of the staff were delightful. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Thank you for being so convincing last fall when I inquired about Nirvana. You told me we would not be disappointed in any way, and we weren't! We plan to coome back every winter.

We all really enjoyed our stay, thanks for asking. The grounds are gorgeous, beyond expectations and the people are very friendly. I was stunned with how well the kitchens are equipped. In addition, I would like to thank you particularly for the villa. It really felt like home and your collection of books made me regret I could not stay there for a few months. (So much so that I took a picture of the bookshelf and already ordered a few of those books). The staff were extremely nice; the beach guard, Errol and Doris, the manager, were particularly helpful. Error played a lot with my daughter at the beach and it counts for a lot to a mother of a toddler. Doris helped us with shopping and the like and with advice. Very nice, very welcoming staff.

We all loved our stay at Nirvana, your staff are what really makes the place extra special (special mentions for Errol, Shine and Sidney who do a great job - so much more than just security). The cottage was great, we felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. The housekeeping ladies are also great (we especially liked what they did with the lobsters we bought from Taxi on the beach) they are so different from the housekeeping staff we have encountered in the hotels we have stayed at, in so much as they wait until you have left the cottage before they come in to clean it. The grounds were always immaculate and the beach clean and tidy.
we loved Nirvana so much that we are at present working out when we can return for another visit.

We had a great time at Nirvana. We really felt at home there. The staff is professional and very friendly. We felt secure and cared for by everyone from the drivers to the cleaning staff. Siggy is an excellent manager.
The grounds are beautiful. The "Verandah Suite" has possibly the best view on the beach. The room was comfortable, clean and relaxing. We liked the ability to either make a meal for ourselves or walk to a nearby eating establishment for our meals etc.. As for the weather, it was fabulous. Pretty much 80 degrees and sunny everyday and very little humidity. There was almost always a breeze.
we also met some wonderful people who we can now call our friends. So yes, we would like to stay at Nirvana again. Depending on schedules and budget, maybe this summer. Otherwise, I think next February. We enjoyed the Jamaican hospitality. It was good to meet Stanley. Your villa is beautiful. In a word... Nirvana is charming. Thanks for the great stay. We look forward to being there in the future. Take care.

Oh my - what a week! We loved our stay in Jamaica and Nirvana was the best. Location, location, location - it was the best place on the beach. Private, clean, friendly, helpful staff - unique. Sunday morning back in Wisconsin and we already missed the fresh-squeezed orange juice, warm breezes, sand between our toes, jerk chicken at 'Best of the West', and our sundeck. We are planning a European trip next year, but any return vacations to Jamaica will be spent at Nirvana - no doubt.

Thank you to your staff for their wonderful hospitality. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Lonnie, this was the best vacation we have ever had. It was our first one in six years and we had such a good time that we are planning to come back next year. I love the cabin but, I want to be closer to the water next time. Owner's Villa or the sundeck.
Your staff is just delightful and so helpful. David is a really great kid and we totally enjoyed him.

The wedding ceremony was breathtakingly beautiful right on the water. My brother in laws new wife, who considers herself quite the world traveler just had to come down to Nirvana on Wed. to check out our digs. I gave her the tour and it was so much fun watching her turn green with envy.
This trip was also the first time we met our son's girlfriend. Nirvana was the perfect setting for us to get to know her, and she us. We decided after about five minutes with her that she is a keeper!!
Friday night the last night we were there the sunset was perfect. Not single cloud, it was the best one we saw.

You have an amazing place and your hard work shows. You most certainly own a piece of paradise. We walked almost the whole beach and we stayed at the best place on it.

This wonderful trip has given me new energy and the only good thing about it ending is that now that I am home, I can start saving and planning for next year. We plan to be yearly guests with you. I will be in touch,

Thank you Lonnie and Stanley for your part of the most incredible trip we've ever been on!!!
I heard that Stanley was arriving the day after we left and was sorry I didn't get the chance to shake his hand.

Your place is over the top and just what we were looking for.
Our wedding was just as unique and special as we dreamed about and we will never forget all the folks at Nirvana who made our dreams come true.

Our honeymoon was just what we needed, having the veranda suite made it heaven up there on the peaceful veranda gazing at the ocean and being able to hear the waves at night.

You clearly love your place...it really shows! I'd like to send my best regards to the people who work there through you and we'd like to send a thank you letter down to negril when we get some pictures ready if that is OK. We got to know them as well as we could in 2 weeks and we hope they are all still there next year!

Speaking of, could we get some info for 2 weeks at the villa for about this time next year? No hurry.

The house was great, the location was great, and the staff was great, especially Ziggy.

We greatly enjoyed walking through your spectacular gardens also.

The villa was what we had hoped for, and we were able to relax and enjoy the Jamaican hospitality.

Had no problem with transportation to and from Montego Bay.

I had forgotten how beautiful Negril beach is and we were very surprised on how little it has changed.

My fiance Jennifer and I had an amazing time at Nirvana!!! The
location is perfect, the property gorgeous, the staff wonderful....
And the sundeck suite can't be beat!!! We really appreciate you
working with us during our booking... Our first Jamaica experience was

nirvana, while keeping it a great secret for ourselves!!!

My husband Scott & I had a great time at Nirvana. We really enjoyed staying on the beach for the first time. We usually just stay in the cliffs so this was a nice change. We loved how quiet and private Nirvana was even tho it was right in the middle of the action. We made friends with Moses the security man, he got us some coconuts to eat and he was very kind and friendly. We really thought the grounds were kept up well and we loved the swings and hammocks. Sigi your helpful & friendly manager made it so easy for us to do a day trip or go shopping with one of the drivers who acted as our guide as well.
We will definitely come back as soon as we can !
