Lovely house for rent across the street from the beach (300 yards- Coco La Palm), full kitchen, in-laws bedroom/bath, includes housekeeper- We also rent out to individuals w/ kitchen access for $50 per night- Cottages also available for as low as $30 per night! please call for extended rates and availability dates- Airport transportation, tours, etc... can be arranged.

We had a group of 7 people who stayed here and it was absolutely perfect for us. We were right on the 7 mile strip in Negril, across from Coco la Palm the resort (they didn't mind that we used their lounge chairs & bar!). Three bathrooms with showers in each, and the kitchen came with all the necssary utensils. Be careful for the mosquitoes, so try and keep the doors closed, but the windows have screens so you can let the beautiful beach breeze in. There is a store to buy water, snacks and alcoholic beverages right at the end of the driveway and delicious Jamaican Patties and Jerk Chicken at your fingertips. The house is safe and tucked back behind many mini cabins, although it's not on the beach there is a beautiful view of the mountains & the beach is a 3 minute walk away. Four upstairs balconies, a deck downstairs and a very comfortable environment. Dolores, Devon and Tallman helped us out with everything. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is considering it!

We had a good stay for 9 days in the Devon House. It was great to have 1 house for all 7 of us. The house was always comfortable even though only 1 room had AC and the bugs were not a problem. We always felt safe there. The only problems we had were that the lock broke on 1 door and we had to cut the lock off to get a person out, and you had to light the oven and stove with a match. I would go back!

We had a great time in Negril, and have already reserved a spot for our next holiday. We stayed for four weeks and didn't want to go home. Friendly people, beautiful beach, warm clear water, and great weather. What more could you ask for. The house was clean, private and lots of room.
