Description of the Negril vacation home rental
One year old vacation home with a panoramic view of Negril 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the Golf course. This 3000 sq. ft. split-level home is perfect for week long vacations, small groups looking for a quiet retreat, 4 day weekend getaways and executives seeking accommodations.
The mahogany front door welcomes you to a wood floor foyer and den with couch/sleeper sofa and powder room. A short flight of steps takes you to the well appointed, spacious living room with porcelain floor tiles and a huge wall mural designed by one of Jamaica’s prominent artists. The adjoining balcony offers a beautiful view of the beach, mountains and Negril’s famous sunset. Imagine relaxing in your living room sipping a glass of cold Jamaican Rum Punch, “what a life”
The dining room is a few steps up and has an eight seater wooden dining table with matching buffet. The kitchen is adjacent and offers corian counter tops and maple shaker style kitchen cabinets. Kitchen equipment includes a 24 inch ceramic top electric stove with oven, 27cu.ft. double door stainless steel refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender/food processor, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. All flatware, dishes, utensils and cookware are provided.
The large master bedroom suite is located on the second level with windows designed to take advantage of the views. It also has a furnished balcony with a beautiful view of Negril, the beach and the mountains. There is a king size bed, adjoining bathroom with double corian counter top basins, jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower room. The oversized dressing room and walk in closet is adjacent and also has a safe.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are situated on the main level, each room has a queen size bed, closet with shelves and en suite bathrooms with both bathtub and shower and counter top basins. The bedrooms each have a ceiling fan. Linens and towels are all provided.
The home is airy with many windows allowing the fresh air from the mountains to pass through and keep the house cool. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the house is fully screened. The gardens are growing nicely and are an attractive feature. The rental price includes daily maid service, cooking if needed and a security system. Weekly and monthly rentals are available.

Negril, one of Jamaica's most popular resort destinations boasting world famous Negril's 7 mile beach. Negril offers a variety of water sports including windsurfing, parasailing, glass bottom boat rides, etc. Land sports such as horseback riding, tours to the various attractions, tennis and squash. Negril entertainment includes live reggae bands and night clubs. Shopping for local craft items and duty free jewelry is another popular pastime in Negril.
Negril is located approximately one hour drive from Montego Bay, Jamaica's second city. There are many options to get to Negril from Montego Bay airport, such as private taxi, shuttle bus or charter plane. The drive from the airport is about one hour and fifteen minutes. We are happy to arrange your airport transfers along with daily transportation to and from the beach or shopping. We recommend reliable and safe drivers.
