This is a great single level home that has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, huge yard space,
Wi-Fi, an awesome deck, plus a tree house for the kids (or adults, you know who you are!…) and more.
Located just a five minutes walk to the beach at the foot of Neah-Kah-Nie Mnt., you will find this a great place to plan your stay at the beach. Easy access to Hwy 101 makes it a breeze to plan you daily jaunts if you want to explore all that Tillamook & Clatsop Co have to offer.
Planning to stick around the area? If you are an early riser, you might just catch one of the local elk herds as they move through the neighborhood, or if you are in the walking mood, walk the beach to the downtown area and explore the shops and make plans to have dinner out that night… either way you will always remember your stay and will want to come back to this home away from home.

Deposits: Security/Cleaning deposits: A $200 deposit is required. Deposits will be returned within 14 business days after departure, minus any accrued charges. Cleaning charges depend on you, are billed by the hour, ($30 per hour) and come out of your security/cleaning deposit. There is a standard check out sheet to follow, however, to help out with costs, you may choose to do some of the cleaning yourself. The minimum charge is $15, no exceptions. $40 per hour for excessive cleaning/laundry
