Description of the Nehalem vacation home rental

Enjoy a romantic, private getaway at the Overlook. This home is located on a dead end road in Neahkahnie, the beautiful north section of Manzanita. This home features a spectacular ocean view from a top a hill and is just a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The entry way and living room invite you in with large picture windows that run the length of the house and show beautiful views of the trees and ocean. In the summer, simply open the patio slider to the deck where you can sit back and enjoy the views while barbequing. In the winter you can still enjoy the beautiful view while cozy on the couch or playing games at the dining table.
The kitchen, living and dining are all open for easy entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the extras including an espresso maker.

Down the hall you will find 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is a master with a queen bed and attached bath. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bath close by. This home does have Wifi, TV, DVD and CD Player. This home is perfect for a small family or 2 couples. Come see why we named this home "The Overlook".

In the off season (October - April) you may request an early Check-In or late Check-Out and we would be happy to accommodate if possible. $60 Cleaning Fee There is a $15 additional trash fee added to your reservation with this home due to no trash service to this area of town. It will be added at time of reservation.
