New, modern clean decor & furnishings. Uncluttered, Immaculate, Spacious, light and bright, with privacy all around. The photos you see is exactly what you get !!! No bad surprises. The nicest property manager lives next door and is always available.
Located in Ir Yamim, a new development by Ramat Poleg, Netanya, the Israeli riviera, this aparment is on the 14th floor of a luxury high rise brand new building, facing the unspoiled Poleg beach in Netanya. It has an UNOBSTRUCTED SEA VIEW AND CITY VIEW south-east-west. you can enjoy the views to Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Raanana, and Hasharon areas. This elegant new security building offers free enclosed covered parking, a workout facility, trash shoot, and three high speed elevators including a Shabbat elevator. It is fully furnished and equipped, with lots of cabinet storage for up to six persons. Lots of art throughout. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with king beds, and one with a double. All with 100% fine cotton linens. We provide 2 bathrobes for a true luxurious stay. The master bedroom is completely private with an enclosed bathroom. Glass shower enclosure with rain shower and hand held shower in master. Other bathroom has a tub with glass shower, magnifying mirror and lots of cabinet space. Both very well lit.
The building has a closed circuit intercom & security and is maintained beautifully. The kitchen is open plan, fully integrated with modern cooking equipment and gadgets, new dinnerware and glassware. Central air-condition/heating, balcony facing the sea, flat screen TVs and DVDs, both in the living room and master bedroom. Cable TV with numerous channels & languages(ie:English,Russian, French, Spanish, Italian etc.) and free movies, free high speed WiFi, washer & dryer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher.
It is very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, synagogues, supermarkets, cafes, beachbar/restaurant, 1 minute drive or 5 min. walk to full facility beach, providing ample parking, with a lifeguard, restaurant/cafe/bar, playground and even free entry to mini-soccer games during summer league. prime location for a luxury beach-front relaxing Israel vacation, close enough to the city’s excitement, while offering a safe, stress-free, quite retreat with plenty of room and city/beach views.
Area Information
5 min. walk to the beach. Close to the newly developed industrial area of Ikea & BIG, a very large area for upscale shopping and entertainment. Across our building there is a small shopping center with a McDonalds, a bank, a 24/7 market & a caffe, dry cleaners, hairdresser,ect.
A 5 min. walk to a larger shopping mall with a full supermarket, post office, caffe/restaurant. and other stores.
5 minute walking distance is a large sports center, (Sportek), where you'll find tennis courts, basketball courts, free workout park, and more. Bicycle trails are all around.
Ir Yamim is centrally located in Israel, convenient 2 minute drive to freeway/highway.

The community has nature on three sides: to the west, the Mediterranean Sea; to the south, the Poleg Nature Reserve; and to the east, the Irusim Nature Reserve.
Ir Yamim will have all the facilities that one could dream of, including close proximity to Ramat Poleg country club, shopping centers, schools, synagogues, beautiful promenades along the beach, bicycle paths. The Ir Yamim Mall, now under construction and due to open in 2011 is 70,000 sq meters on 58 dunams of land, near the coastal highway. The plots on the western side of the community are designed for resorts and hotels.
The 2 km strip of beach within Ir Yamim, is the only beach strip in Netanya with no cliffs blocking the beach from the city.
The Netanya Municipality considers Ir Yamim to be the most luxurious neighborhood in the city and aims at a refined environmental development. The Municipality has created residential building codes that insure high quality construction and design.

Our family of five had the pleasure of staying in this extremely comfortable apartment. It was a restful spot / area to be in for the few days we had before our group tour began in Tiberias. The amenities in the apartment are top-notch. Believe me with three boys, we used them all. Too, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is very nice. The apartment is superbly clean and quiet. The views are spectacular especially at sunset and the beach was an easy walk away. The neighbors, Dudi and Perash, are truly wonderful & caring people. Upon our arrival, they went above & beyond the call of duty by helping us get provisioned with groceries for the weekend (as time was running short & we had not rented a car). Thank you too, Rickie, for providing an apartment that shows as it really is—very nice.

We've been dreaming of visiting Israel for many years, and we were extremely happy to rent such an amazing, beautiful, and comfortable apartment as this one. The location was perfect - it was so close to the beach and next door to a huge shopping mall. The apartment was very clean and it has everything you might need - big rooms, huge kitchen/dinning area. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony every night, with a gorgeous view of the Tel Aviv and the Sea. Dudi and his family were very friendly and helpful. Lastly, we will definitely recommend this apartment to all our friends and family for their next trip to Israel.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Thank you so much for opening your lovely apartment to my family. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Dudi and his family until the moment we left and handed back the keys, our experience was perfect. We found all the comforts of home with internet, flat screen tv's and comfortable beds. Standing on the balcony and looking towards the sea was amazing as was the location of the apartment. Netanya's Poleg beach is amazing and far less crowded than Herzlyia's Marina or Tel Aviv's beaches, yet close enough to enjoy the night life and wonderful restaurants. The new Mall just 2 blocks away provided a great place for money exchange, a cup of coffee and a super market. It was a relaxing and wonderful vacation and hard to leave your home. Looking forward to our next trip and a stay at your place.

We totally enjoyed Rickie's apartment and the fabulous city of Netanya. Netanya's beach and nature walks are so beautiful. Its like paradise. The nighttime and daytime views from the 14th floor are spectacular. Dudi, Perach, and Edon were helpful and friendly. They made us feel like family. Rickie's Netanya home is gorgeous. We admire her artistic talents and her good taste in decorating. Everything was superb. Rickie is a lovely person. She went out of her way to help us plan a well balanced vacation to Israel. After 6 days in the big cities (Tel Aviv and Jerusalem), Netanya gave us the flexibility to take day trips, relax on the beach, and has the best shopping experiences. We appreciated having the modern appliances, the washer/dryer a traveler's dream. The bathrooms are large and prettier than a hotel. The beds were super comfortable. The indoor parking spot made transferring our luggage simple. The people we met in the lobby and elevators were welcoming. The landscaping is beautiful. I'm looking forward to returning.

Fleeing the depressing European winter and out of professional reasons I stayed at Rickie's apartment in Ramat Poleg for several months. The place is really great. One walks ten minutes to the sea, which you see from the terrace of the apartment. Everything for the daily need is available in walking distance – a supermarket, a newsstand with international newspapers, a bank, a dry-cleaner, a hairdresser, etc. The apartment itself is very well equipped and super-clean at arrival. It smelled so good that I asked the wonderful couple Dudu and Perach that welcomes every guest and explains the details of the apartment, what was used for cleaning, as I wanted to keep the nice smell. From my experience is Rickie's apartment one of the best, one can get in central Israel. I tried several and nothing compares to this place. It was a sad good-bye when I left after my stay, but I will definitely like to return.

We had such a wonderful time in Israel and your apartment definitely helped that out. It was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and the location was amazing. Excellent Vacation Apartment

My family stayed at this very beautiful apartment for three weeks. From the balcany one can view the beach and the location is amazing with easy access to the north, Tel Aviv, and the rest of the country from it's highways. The apartment as well as the building are all basically brand new and very quiet. Working directly with the owner was easy which is a plus as that can sometimes be the hardest part. The apartment is fully furnished with beds and linens and kitchen appliances as well as washer and dryer, huge plus when planning on staying for a few weeks. Overally the experience was great and truly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay In Israel.

We loved this apartment! We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 small children and had a fantastic time and plenty of room. The view is lovely and the beach restaurant down the street is a perfect spot for breakfast right on the sand, the perfect way to start any vacation day. The apartment has everything we needed and was sunny, bright and cheerful. The location was great -- easy access to trips North or South from there and plenty of restaurants, shops, beaches and more right nearby.

We rented this beautiful apartment for a week during Passover 2011. It looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The building is new and well maintained. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well furnished. Everything you need is available. There is a balcony with a great view of the sea from the 14th floor. Dudi and his family were very pleasant to deal with and always helped us whenever we needed something. It was a very comfortable stay and we would definately stay again when traveling in Israel. There are also big beautiful parks nearby if you are traveling with children.

We spent a great 10 days in the well appointed and situated appartment. The appartment was exactly what we wanted - clean, comfortable and convenient for shops and the beach. Rickie also managed to provide good weather. Dudi and his family were always on hand to help and to provide advice. We did not a lot of visiting to family in Tel Aviv and its suburbs and the appartment is only a few minutes from the main North-South costal road. I would thoroughly recommend a stay in this appartment. Peter

All of our expectations regarding our Trip from Canada to Israel were met and exceeded. The apartment was fully-loaded. New appliances, dishes, furniture... it was very spacious and had an excellent view of the sea - perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony each morning. Our special thanks to the attentive property manager who made sure that we were comfortable at all times. He was able to help with any questions we had and was very kind and accommodating. Thanks for making it a great trip for us!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely Condo this past summer...we had a beautiful mediterranean sea view with just minutes walk from the beach ...the condo itself is new and is very well kept and is decorated very nicely...the bedrooms were a comfortable size and the living and dining areas were also very comfortable...all in all we would definately return to this condo with the lovely views!!

We spent last May in the apartment, and really enjoyed the experience. The place is new and specious; the kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room. The bedrooms are nice size and comfortable. There is a great view of the beach from the balcony and the master bedroom. The proximity to the beach is very convenient and it is 20 minutes’ drive to Tel-Aviv. Overall it was a great experience. we will stay there again next time we will visit Israel.

We have stayed in the apartment for a relatively long period (2 months) as a temporary housing while our permanent house was under construction. Everything was excellent; A very cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment with a great beach view from the 14th floor balcony and bedroom. The apartment and the building are in a very good shape, and every maintenance problem was immediately handled with a smile by Dudi, who does a great job maintaining the apartment for the owners. Overall the experience was very good and I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.
