Description of the Netarts vacation cottage rental

Charming 2-bedroom-plus-study house 2 blocks from Netarts Bay, 1/2 mile from ocean beach. Within a few blocks of 3 restaurants and a general store, and a nice 2 mile walk on the beach to Oceanside. (Or 2 mile drive.)

The house has a bedroom and study upstairs, a bedroom downstairs, an eat-in-kitchen, and a wood stove. Most of the windows face south but are also shaded, so it's sunny and bright without being too hot. The house has beautiful hardwood floors (oak upstairs, madrone downstairs) and new cedar siding and windows. The yard is fenced, and well-behaved dogs are welcome (with an additional cleaning fee and deposit). The house sleeps up to 5 people--one bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a full, and there's a couch in the living room and also an air mattress.

Netarts is charming, quiet, and not over-built. It's on the 3 Capes Scenic Route, so the biking (and driving) is spectacular. The bay (protected from the ocean by Cape Lookout) is beautiful and tranquil--great for children and dogs.
