Description of the Netarts vacation home rental

This upscale home located in Netarts has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths with incredible Ocean and Bayviews so you can always enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Located against the hillside, on the beach, just step outside your front door, cross the road and you are on the sand!
In the evenings, you can curl up by the gas fireplaces to read one of the books from our collection, or just sit back and watch a movie on the TV in the entertainment center. We have satellite movie channels or pop in a DVD to watch!

The fully furnished, expansive Kitchen has an commercial size moveable island for extra counter space during meal preparations! The Great Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen are all located on the upper level for the best ocean views in the house.

On the 2nd level there is a Master bedroom wtih a comfy King sized bed. The two Guest Rooms on the same floor have both have Full/Twin sized beds for your guests to enjoy.

Contemporary, great location, and all the amenities you could want in a beach home, The Oceana has it all~

BEACH Activities:
Clamming, Crabbing, Beachcombing, Exploring hidden beaches and caves
Walk along the surf from Netarts to Oceanside
Watch the Hangliders float down off the cliffs and soar over the ocean!

Sand Lake: This home is 15minutes from Sand Lake. So bring your ATV's. The pull thru driveway has room for several trailers.

Garbaldi Marina:
Charter fishing, Fresh seafood, restaurants, specialty crafts

Netarts Bay:
Fishing, clamming, and crabbing

Bay-Ocean Spit:
Drive out across the dike and park. Get out and explore this 'island' that was once the site of a
resort town in the early 1900's. If you look off the right of the island you can still see the
pilings of where the town stood.

Tillamook:
Antique Shops, Restaurants, Shopping, Tillamook Air Museum, Tillamook Cheese Factory, and Bay Breeze Golf.
Love riding ATV's- Sandlake sand dunes and recreation area is just 15 minutes away!
