Description of the New Braunfels vacation b&b rental

COME RELAX!!! WE ENJOY SEEING MANY REPEAT GUESTS!! THIS IS OUR 22ND YEAR!!!GENUINE FRIENDSHIP, GREAT FOOD, AND TEXAS HOSPITALITY will make your stay delightful in two beautifully restored pioneer buildings in 43 scenic & peaceful Hill Country acres just minutes from fabulous shopping,two rivers,live music ,restaurants, wineries & many other attractions in New Braunfels & Gruene.Our breakfast brunch is served in our lovely dining room. Guests say it is "the best breakfast in Texas." Enjoy staying in the Kuebler Waldrip Haus building(approximately 4500 sq. ft.), a luxuriously restored & enlarged original German pioneer limestone and hand hewn timber home. This building has 5 rooms & 5 baths (some with a jacuzzi).There is a guest living room and kitchen. Our Danville Schoolhouse building (approximately 2500 sq. ft.), an original one-room schoolhouse, now has 5 rooms & 5 baths (one with jacuzzi), full kitchen, covered porches. Our Deer Haven Cottage (950 sq. ft.) has 3 bedrooms, bath with jacuzzi & shower, full kitchen & covered patio. Perfect for vacations, romantic getaways, family reunions, (church, executive, and business conferences), weddings, honeymoons, and anniversaries. The rates given are for two guests in each room per night. Additonal guests range from $20-$40 @ per nights, plus tax.It is possible to rent one or more entire buildings, with or without our breakfast brunch.

New Braunfels is located on IH 35, between Austin and San Antonio, both easily reached in less than an hour. Dallas is only 4 hours to the north and Houston is only 3 hours to the east. Enjoy New Braunfels & Guene, with the Comal and Guadalupe rivers Canyon Lake, great restaurants, shopping, live music, Dry Comal Creek Winery, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, museums and historic attractions. On Friday, November 28, 2008, Schlitterbahn opens its new HILL COUNTRY CHRISTMAS!!!! This will have ice skating,a sled run, light tunnel, snow-filled winter playground, Santa's Workshop and much more... Check online for Schliterbahn Christmas. Then extend your enjoyment exploring the surrounding areas. New Braunfels is the perfect hub for Hill Country excursions.For an easy day trip, Fredericksburg is only 75-80 miles to the northwest, reachable by various interesting routes with wineries, orchards, nurseries and unique shopping opportunities. One route takes you to Luckenbach,Texas! It is easy to make a circle on your day trip, seeing different sites each way. We will be happy to furnish you with a detailed map.

Come relax on a 43 acre peaceful scenic hill country setting. Relax and feel your stress fall off in the car when you drive into the property. This unique historic property is a hidden treasure located just 3-5 minutes from New Braunfels and Gruene, the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, great shopping and restaurants, live entertainment, Gruene Hall, and much more. Full breakfast served at 9:30 AM with juice and coffee served beginning at 7AM.

** Pets on site that include cats and a pet deer. The play ground consists of 2 slides and 2 swings with space to throw a football, kick a soccer ball, or space to sit out and simply relax.

Our fishing pond (perfect for the children or adults) is a single pond stocked with perch, catfish, and bass. Please bring your own gear and bait.

We do not have a pool onsite, however we are just minutes from Landa Park which has a spring fed pool and a regular olympic size pool. Your other choice is to go to Schlitterbahn Water Park with wet activities for children and adults.

• Deposits: Group reservations (2 or more rooms) require a 50% check deposit at the time of the firm reservations. If the reservation is held with a valid credit card, then the balance can be paid at the time of check-in.

We stayed at the Waldrip House with 2 other families during our NB river trip. The accomodations were perfect for families with kids. Margy and Darrell were so warm and helpful. We felt right at home. The breakfasts were amazing! We hope to return someday soon!

My friend and I had a fantastic stay at kuebler waldrip, We will definately be returning! when we first met Margy it felt as if we knew her for years! she was extremely sweet and treated us like we were family!!! It was quiet, very much like home atmosphere, breakfast was perfect. Everything about it was great!!!!
