New Braunfels Condo Vacation Rental (#25199)

Write a review My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the 114 unit. The accomodations were absolutely beautiful and we really liked being right by the river. We visited Schlitterbaugh which was only right around the corner. We also drove to Gruene a couple of times for shopping, eating, and Gruene Hall. I highly recommend renting this condo as it had all the conveniences of home plus more! Everything was updated and new. The decor was lovely and the sheets were exquisite!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! I took my kids for the weekend and we had a blast! Schlitterbauhn was right across the street and the river right in back of the condo. What more could you ask for. They even have tube rentals right next door! We loved it and my daughter had fun for her birthday. We're planning to return next summer maybe sooner. You'll love it. We REALLY enjoyed out stay at your condo. Everything was very convenient and easy as far as the instructions, the keypad lock was awesome as we did not need to keep up with a key and parties could come and go easily. Thank you for sharing your place with us! The condo was awesome and very nicely decorated and furnished. It was everything I expected and more. The grounds were awesome as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone that is planning a trip to the comal river. Donna was very nice to work with. We loved this condo. Great location. walking distance of tons of fun! Clean furnishings! Owners take great pride in this condo. We do recommend staying here and hope to return very very soon ! This was our first time visiting New Braunfels to try out Schlitterbahn and found more than we expected. We had more fun floating the Comal river in inner tubes. The water was kinda cold but you get used to it. I bet that cold water feels great in July. Ha! Anyway our Condo was great. Very nice and a great location. The condo was very clean and recently redecorated when we arrived.The decor and furniture are top notch. It was well stocked with cleaning supplies and the building and grounds are very well maintained. The owners are very easy to deal with and we would love to stay here again. This condo is new and the owner has decorated and outfitted it perfectly. We have never stayed in a condo where on arrival we didn't have to run to a store for supplies. They were all waiting for us. The condo is right off a patio with pool, spas and BBQ grills. It is a 40 Min. drive to the Alamo. The Guadalupe River flows slowly by the property. We highly recommend We had a wonderful stay. There were 6 people who stayed with us and there were no complaints. We will be glad to refer people to yall. Thanks for a easy planning vacation We stayed at inverness 114 it was clean and quiet, the people were great. The weather was hot but we are from Michigan, the location on the river is prefect. My family and I are thankful and look forward to a return trip. We had the best time, the condo is GREAT!!!!!!!! We had a truly great week at this condo and in New Braunfels. Great location in walking distance to Schlitterbahn and on the river make it perfect for families with teens. Also, nice halfway point for river float if you want to pop into the hot tub or get a drink. The unit is very clean and nice and the grounds, pool and hot tub are in great shape. WoW. What a perfect location for floating the Comal River FREE when you have your own tubes. We BBQ'd on the lawn early evening to make for a perfect day on the river. We stayed in A-114 which had a nice balcony view in the shade. The apartment was absolutely spotless with a very nice King and a large flat screen TV in the living room. Hey, what else do you need! Oh yeah, we walked across the street to Schliterbahn and downtown diners are 10min walks form this place. Perfect. Great location, easy to find, clean and very comfortable. If you are thinking of a trip to the river and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this property. The owner's are responsive, accommodating and very nice. We are definitely renting again! If you are looking for a tranquil place to stay with easy access to the river, look no further...! Condo was clean and well maintained. Owner was a pleasure to do business with. Area has plenty of good golf available for a winter holiday. Excellent location, close to good restauants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. What a great place... The owners have done a lot of work to this unit. It really felt like a home away from home. Anything you needed they have it their for you. The owners are great people and are very accommodating. The condo was clean and well furnished. The only drawback for us was lack of wifi. We will definitely stay there again! My mother and I went down to New Braunfels for a family birthday party. We stayed in Unit 209. It was perfectly furnished and had all the basics we just needed the food. The unit was clean and neat, had a great view from the balcony,and was close to small quint shops! We will be back!!! Talk about a great location! Very nicely furnished condo overlooking the beautiful Comal river with easy and immediate access for tubing, BBQ pits, nice swimming pool and two hot tubs! We has such a great time, our friends loved the place! Thanks for all your help to make this special for all of us. We'll be back SOON! We stayed in 209A at the Inverness Condos this past Labor Day. It is nicely decorated, furnished, and accomadating. Excellent river access for swimming and tubing, huge riverside deck and pool, and Schiltterbahn is across the street. We had a blast! We'll be back! We enjoyed our stay w/exception of the weather. Your place is beautiful & I will recommend it to others that I know that are always on the search for somewhere to stay. thanks again THIS PROPERTY IS PERFECT, WONDERFUL DECK, POOL OVERLOOKING THE COMAL RIVER AND PICNIC TABLES AND SEATING BY THE COMAL RIVER, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YET PRIVATE AND BEAUTIFUL. THE CONDO WAS GREAT AND THE OWNER WAS GREAT. WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND PLAN TO GO BACK. COULD NOT HAVE STAYED AT A BETTER PLACE.
