Modern, Immaculate, and Comfortable

This Condo was everything I expected and more! The description of the property was spot on, and the Condo is immaculate with completely updated kitchen, flooring, and appliances. The property is quiet and well maintained. It is within a short walking distance to the downtown area with quaint shopping, excellent restaurants, and a variety of nightlife activities. Donna was awesome; very professional, kind, and prompt to reply to any questions or concerns (which were very little). I especially loved being able to literally walk off the property steps into the river, float for an hour, and walk an easy 2 blocks back to the condo! The Schlitterbaun is literally across the street, but the main entrance is several blocks away so the traffic was not a problem. The train was a little noisy at night, but it certainly wouldn't keep me from returning! I couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. I HIGHLY recommend this modern and classy rental, and plan on returning to this same condo in the future!

Fabulous Location...Amazing Condo!

During our first trip to New Braunfels, TX we had minimal expectations. After arriving at this property we were both amazed by the location and thoroughly satisfied by the cleanliness and decor of this condo. The cleaning crew left it spotless and we later found that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything imaginable to make our stay comfortable. The location is unmatched in this incredible community...right across the road from Shlitterbahn and the perfect river frontage location directly on the Comal River. Just drive or walk about a mile to the spot to start your tubing journey down the Comal and end it right at your condo's door...crystal clean 72-74 degree spring water...unbelievable experience. Just to make it more relaxing and fun take a dip in the pool located right on the Comal river or just hang around the riverbank and watch the tubers cruise by. After looking around the area (particularly at river frontage units) during our stay we are convinced that this is the best condo and best location you will find for your stay in New Braunfels...you and your family will love this place...no surprises!

We had a great time while staying at the Inverness Condos this year. I wanted to do the camping thing but my wife wanted luxury so she choose this place. Glad we did. The location was the best in New Braunfels (we go most summers) if you want riverfront access. We even walked to dinner one night because the downtown was only a 5min stroll from the Inverness. Schlitterbahn water park is right across the street which meant we never had to get in the car during most of our stay. Nice. Bottom line: My wife and kids loved it and that made for a great 3 day get away!

WONDERFUL WEEKEND GETAWAY

My husband and I and our son and his girlfriend spent a weekend in the condo. We found it to be very comfortable and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and everything was new and clean. We cooked breakfast both mornings and found the kitchen to be well equipped. We used the pool and the hot tubs. The amenities at Inverness and the location are great. I would stay there again and would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Hill Country Visit, Summer of 2011

For the past six years I have ventured to New Braunfels with my sons and a few of their close friends and have rented local cottages for the additional room I thought we needed to be comfortable. This year their was a reduction since my one son is now in the adult world and had other commitments and decided on renting a condo that would feel our space needs. I now wish I would have used condos in the past especially if they would have been like the one we stayed at this year. The property was exactly as it was described on its description and pictures. There was more than ample space for the three of us, very well maintained and clean, well supplied, and very quiet within the unit. The additional amenities such as being on the river (I toobed four times due to its convenience) and the pool allowed the remaining son and friend additional recreation unavailable in past visits. Also the common area was well maintained and very picturesque. I highly recommend this unit to others who plan on visiting the area especially including those with children, young to old.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 2 nights...what a great place to stay! The location is perfect! Right on the river...private property and very nicely maintained. The condo itself is so nice....very modern and updated...yet cozy and homey. We felt like we were at home! It's nice and quiet...being on the river...I had thought it would be more noisy...but it wasn't. Great access to the river...nice pool and jacuzzi. The condo was fully equipped with everything you would need! Beds are very comfy and bathrooms are really nice and clean. Kitchen is great and has everything to feel at home. The owner gave us a great list of restaurants/places of interests...that were very helpful. We tried the Red Rooster Cafe for a nice breakfast and the Gristmill for one of our dinners...all very convenient....both places were great! Went to a farmers market for some fresh fruits/veggies...and also visited Landa Park. The shopping is really nice and close by. This condo will be a place that I will recommend to my friends...I can hardly wait to return! :) Thanks, Donna...for a nice place to stay!

I have stayed in both the condos 114 and 209, and loved them both. The decor is beautiful and the minute you come in, you feel welcomed and relaxed. Both condos are really well equipped with all the amenities and really really clean! I sat out on the balcony and read, I layed out on the deck by the river and relaxed. I loved that you could get right in the river to tube in front of the condos. The Schlitter Bahn is right acorss the street and really easy to access if you have kids. I also loved that the condos are really well located. You are able to take short drived to San Marcos to go to teh outlet mall, go to lunch by the river in Gruene and drive over the Wimberly. I will definitely come back year after year. Dont miss out on this wonderful Texas treasure!

We really enjoyed our stay there. Our kids thought it was awesome. My 4 year old didn't want to leave and kept calling it home. We definitely were able to walk to Schlitterbahn which was a plus. The condo was very clean and nicely done. We were orginally going to stay at the Rapids Resort. I am so glad we decided to go this route. It was well worth it. We had a great family vacation. Great Place on the Comal River

We had a fabulous time while we were in New Braunfels over the Memorial Day weekend 2010. The Condo was decorated very nicely and comfortable for four people. However, it would be cramped if more than four tried to stay. We were disappointed on the size of the patio. It really is not meant to have more than 2 or 3 people, 4 was very crowded. We were also disappointed in the slight view of the river. We thought we would have an opportunity to sit on the patio comfortably and watch the toobers, not so much. The Condo location is premium and on a perfect spot on the river. We really enjoyed hanging out on the banks right where we were staying. We also enjoyed the ability to get in right at the Condo, float down the river, get out and have a small walk back to the Condo - Very Convenient! Donna was a GEM to work with. She was very helpful and provided additional information for surrounding sights. She responded very quickly to any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be in the middle of it ALL!

The accommodations and location to the Comal River were fantastic! Unit 114 was a perfect fit for two adult couples with relaxation in mind. This was a first trip to the area for our Florida friends, and they marveled at the beauty of the Texas Hill Country with all the wildflowers in bloom. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. It was close to everything, particularly for a walk to Naegelin's Bakery every morning for their delicious pastries.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the 114 unit. The accomodations were absolutely beautiful and we really liked being right by the river. We visited Schlitterbaugh which was only right around the corner. We also drove to Gruene a couple of times for shopping, eating, and Gruene Hall. I highly recommend renting this condo as it had all the conveniences of home plus more! Everything was updated and new. The decor was lovely and the sheets were exquisite!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

I took my kids for the weekend and we had a blast! Schlitterbauhn was right across the street and the river right in back of the condo. What more could you ask for. They even have tube rentals right next door! We loved it and my daughter had fun for her birthday. We're planning to return next summer maybe sooner. You'll love it.

This was our first time visiting New Braunfels to try out Schlitterbahn and found more than we expected. We had more fun floating the Comal river in inner tubes. The water was kinda cold but you get used to it. I bet that cold water feels great in July. Ha! Anyway our Condo was great. Very nice and a great location.

This condo is new and the owner has decorated and outfitted it perfectly. We have never stayed in a condo where on arrival we didn't have to run to a store for supplies. They were all waiting for us. The condo is right off a patio with pool, spas and BBQ grills. It is a 40 Min. drive to the Alamo. The Guadalupe River flows slowly by the property. We highly recommend

We had a truly great week at this condo and in New Braunfels. Great location in walking distance to Schlitterbahn and on the river make it perfect for families with teens. Also, nice halfway point for river float if you want to pop into the hot tub or get a drink. The unit is very clean and nice and the grounds, pool and hot tub are in great shape.

WoW. What a perfect location for floating the Comal River FREE when you have your own tubes. We BBQ'd on the lawn early evening to make for a perfect day on the river. We stayed in A-114 which had a nice balcony view in the shade. The apartment was absolutely spotless with a very nice King and a large flat screen TV in the living room. Hey, what else do you need! Oh yeah, we walked across the street to Schliterbahn and downtown diners are 10min walks form this place. Perfect.

My mother and I went down to New Braunfels for a family birthday party. We stayed in Unit 209. It was perfectly furnished and had all the basics we just needed the food. The unit was clean and neat, had a great view from the balcony,and was close to small quint shops! We will be back!!!

We stayed in 209A at the Inverness Condos this past Labor Day. It is nicely decorated, furnished, and accomadating. Excellent river access for swimming and tubing, huge riverside deck and pool, and Schiltterbahn is across the street. We had a blast! We'll be back!
