Description of the New Braunfels vacation condo rental

*Update* Outside remodel job on our building is done and looks great, come enjoy!

Our lower level condo has:
Waterfront view of Canyon Lake
Leather Sofa and Loveseat
1 Bedroom with pillow top Queen bed, dresser, TV and DVD player
2 Bunks beds recessed into the hallway area
1 Bathroom with hair dryer, and plenty of towels
Sleeps 4-6 Persons
Stone Fireplace
LCD Flat TV with Cable Service, and wireless internet
Central Heat and Air
Bar counter with stools
Full Kitchen: All appliances, Microwave, Coffe maker with coffee, toaster, cookware, dishes, clean linens and extra pillows, hair dryer and iron.
Outside Patio furniture & BBQ Grill on property
On-site inground Pool
Laundry facility on-site

Our condo overlooks Canyon Lake, just around the corner from boating and skiing, swimming at the beach, fishing and water sports of all kinds. All just outside your door. 5 minutes from the Guadalupe river for a great tubing or rafting experience. 25 minutes from Schlitterbahn Water Park and 15 minutes from the historic town of Gruene, with the oldest dance hall in TX. Seaworld The Riverwalk and the Alamo just minutes away in San Antonio. New Braunfels rivers and shops, San Marcos outlet Malls, Wimberley downtown gift shops and wineries, and Austin's many attractions are also within a 15-50 mile range. You are just far enough away from civilization and close enough to the big cities or other hill country towns where you can enjoy all that each has to offer.

Owner was very helpful with anything that was needed. Unit is very nice, well maintained, and clean. It would be nice to have a ladder to access the top bunk bed and to have a sleeper sofa or additional sleeping space.

My friends and I stayed at this condo last weekend and we enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to the river for us. There was bad planning on my part to fit everyone in a bed (the bunk beds are kind of small for adults - especially if they like to move a lot), but we managed to have a great time with what we had. Owner was easy, pleasant and very accommodating. I recommend this condo for a family.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the condo. The place was just as described and the renovations/updates work really well for the unit. Recommend renting a boat (or docking if you have one) at the marina just around the corner-very friendly and helpful staff. Also, the owner is extremely accommodating and very helpful-she's great!

The condo was a great place to rest. Everything was clean and well kept up. The pool was sparklingly clean. The only drawback (but easily surmountable) was that the highest of the built in beds was almost impossible to reach, even for our teenage daughter! We would gladly come back here for another visit. Oh, and do be aware that the dishware provided is for 4.

It was just what I was looking for. The condo was just the right size and had everything we needed to stay there. The local restaurants were great and there is a nice variety all with in a short distance. The marina was close enough for us to take the boat out each day and enjoy the outdoors. It was a little cold out while we were there but I would love to go back when the weather warms up.

What a peaceful place to stay! Close enough to the city but far enough for total relaxation and quiet! The lake is beautiful and the hills are gorgeous! The condo was homey and cozy and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!
