Description of the New Braunfels vacation cottage rental

Great alternative to a hotel! Our cottages are available for rent on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Cottage has a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom and a nice sleeper sofa in the living room. The cottages contain approx. 300 sq. ft. downstairs plus an upstairs loft that has two double mattresses. (Please note that the ceiling in the loft area is only 3-3 ½ feet tall, so it may or may not be suitable for older children or adults). The cottages will allow occupancy for up to 4 adults & 4 children.

The cottages are fully furnished, including linens, towels and kitchen utensils, including a coffee maker. A breakfast table with 4 chairs located by the kitchen area comes standard as well. The kitchen contains a refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave and toaster. Each cottage has a barbeque grill outside and a deck with chairs. Free cable comes standard as well.

The cottages are free standing homes, with no common wall, making them much nicer than a hotel!
Best of all is that the cottage gives you access to all the amenities at our RV Resort, including free WiFi , two indoor heated swimming pools and hot tubs, pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong table, free coffee in the rec. room throughout the day, usage of two large rec. rooms, ATM machine, free USA Today and Wall St. Journal in the office, 3 laundry rooms with brand new equipment, free computer to use, fitness room, craft room and more.

Sorry, but pets and smoking are not allowed in the cottages. However, pets are allowed in our RV sites.

The following area attractions are very popular, both for families and Winter Texas: world famous Schlitterbahn Water Park, historic Gruene, “toobing” on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers with local outfitters such as Rockin R River Rides, Landa Park golf course, Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch, Retama Park Race Track, and Natural Bridge Caverns. Being less than a 15 minute drive to the outskirts of San Antonio to the south, we are within a short drive to the Alamo, River Walk, Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, San Antonio Zoo and much more. To the north of us, you can take a 15 minute drive to the beautiful town of San Marcos, home of two large outlet malls, Texas State University, Aquarena Springs and more. Austin, Texas’ capital is a short 45 minute drive. While there, you can visit the Texas Capitol. Governor’s Mansion, Zilker Park, University of Texas, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower and much more.
