Gorgeous waterfront ideal for boat and jet ski lovers!
Lovely home right on the Guadalupe River where it widens and becomes Lake Dunlap, just east of New Braunfels.
A three bedroom, two bath with a large open living and dining room. One bedroom is a fun upstairs loft. Gated, private and can be rented with the home next door for large groups. Bring your jet skis, boat and fishing pole!

A1 Vacation New Braunfels manages over 55 properties and has Dream Haus on Lake Dunlap next door to Zipp Haus. Together they make a six bedroom, four bath combo that can sleep 16. Pontoon boat rental is available!!

Area Information

Located in a lovely neighborhood just 3 miles east of New Braunfels. Zipp Haus is the prettiest of many lovely, lavish lake homes in the area. Known for birding, fishing, expensive boats, wake boarders abound! The feel of the being in the country but still close to New Braunfels and IH-35. Austin and San Antonio are only 35+ mintues away.

Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing the Comal and Guadalupe River are only five minutes away!

A romantic cottage with an wonderful waterfront! We rode our jet skis all day long and really enjoyed exploring the lake and seeing all of the pretty mansions. We agree that this house is one of the prettiest ones on the lake. The house next is bigger and is also one of Susan's rentals. They share an adjoined gate and we plan to come by in late August for a family reunion using both houses. That will give us six bedrooms, four bathrooms and two full kitchens. Most important, room for more jet skis! Thanks to the VNB staff for all of their help, Greg and Susie Winters

We have a small wedding planned for Zipp Haus and Dream Haus. Only 75 people and we are so excited. Overflow guests will be staying at Betsy's Bungalows and will arrive by pontoon boat!

We spent the winter months next door at Dream Haus on Lake Dunlap. We got to tour Zipp Haus between guests and it is lovely. We may have friends book it for next winter. It is so much nicer than Canada's cold weather...
