This fully equipped heated cottage is ready for your relaxing Maine vacation and has everything you will need, including a fully equipped library, satellite TV, DVD and telephone. Located on a private road, the only sounds you will hear are the waves as they wash up on the rocks. Sit on the full length deck and enjoy your morning coffee and watch the lobsterboats as they haul their traps, perhaps catching your evening meal. Located a short drive away are a fully equipped grocery, several fine restaurants, our scenic lighthouse at Pemaquid Point, our beautiful beach and many other interesting places to visit. The cottage has a full bath with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area, and an outdoor barbecue grill. We supply all linens, so all you'll need to do is arrive and unpack.

Located in New Harbor, a charming working fishing village, The Loft guest cottage is privately located yet close to restaurants, shopping, the grocery store, the gas station, the library, Pemaquid lighthouse, Pemaquid beach and our wonderful working fishing harbor. Shaw's Wharf is located right on the dock allowing you to enjoy a lobster in the rough while watching the lobstermen unload their catch. And don't forget your camera and the photo-ops are boundless.
