this is the very best location in the French Quarter with a private entrance, bath and flamingo deck. Steps to Jackson Square with an entrance on Royal Street between Orleans and St. Peter. all new furniture and cable TV, microwave,coffee pot, mini-fridge, and local phone. Private deck too with patio table and chairs, lights and florescent frogs and flamingos! Only $80 per night with a 3 night minimum. sleeps 2. sometimes the front condo is available too and sleeps 4 with a balcony overlooking St. Peter St. at Royal for $150 per night with a 4 night minimum or $175 per night with a 3 night minimum. can rent both for $200 per night with a 4 night minimum and sleep up to 7.
