Incredible location in the heart of the French Quarter, just one block to Bourbon Street, Decatur Street and two blocks to Jackson Square. You can walk everywhere!

Great building, 16 units, large central courtyard, lushly landscaped. Onsite manager and office.

No on site parking, closest parking 2 blocks away at the French Market Lot. Note that this is a 3rd floor unit and there is no elevator. Additional apartments are also available. Monthly rates also available

#8 Phillips St.

This was a great location and apt for 4 women. Only problem was small bathroom (could have used 2). Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were large and great Balcony. No complaints. Staff was helpful. Many small extras, like chairs for fest.

Great Location - Great Staff

This was our first stay with the St. Philip and we really enjoyed it. The staff were great from the time we arrived until our departure. Carla was so helpful with our booking and also making sure that our time spent there was what we expected. Excellent location to be in the heart of the French Quarter and within walking distance of everything we desired. Having a balcony was so enjoyable and look forward to returning to this location again soon.

Great apartment

This apartment ended up being fantastic! The location is perfect and the apartment is newly renovated. The only complaint I had is that there was hardly any hot water for showers the entire weekend. The staff was very friendly and we had a great time!

Great Location in Heart of French Quarter

The apartment was surprising large and comfortable and great for a large group (3 bedrooms). The place was fully equipped. Balcony was very high and a little scary but a great view and nice to view and people watch. The hosts were extremely nice and very accommodating (they gave us 3 sets of keys as requested). I would definitely stay here again.

Q: How far from the French Quarter are you located?
A: We are located right in center of the fabulous French Quarter!
(amazing how many times we get asked this question!)
Q: Do we need to rent a car?
A: NO! New Orleans is a very compact city and easily navigated via excellent public transportation options, including buses, streetcars and ferrys. Like most downtown areas, parking is a premium, can be very limited and is not cheap.
Q: Is the French Quarter noisy?
A: YES it can be! French Quarter streets are very narrow, buildings abut each other on all sides, and is home to a thriving nightlife and bar scene, which stays open 24/7. Think of New Orleans as more New York and less Savannah! ;-)
