Cynthia was very nice and accomodating. the condo is very beautiful and clean. close enough to get in and out of the quarter but quiet and comfortable in a great neighborhood. And she loves dogs so having Sophie my sister-in-laws pit bull was no problem. Haing the fenced in front area worked out great. I would highly recommend this rental and will try to stay there when we travel back to NO next year. Thanks Cynthia!

Little Business - A Little Fun

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is beautifully furnished and even has a new Keureg Coffee Machine and Water Cooler for our use. The Little details like toilet paper, paper towels and sugar for coffee were all there for our use. Thanks for thinking of the little things that most of us usually forget. It is a great location, close to public transportation to get to downtown and quite a few places to eat. Easy to get to the convention center as well. Over all an excellent trip.

"Extremely Satisfied"

Our family just got back from a weekend getaway (March 9-12) and I couldn't wait to write this review because the rental far exceeded my expectations.Many of you could probably agree with me that some owners falsely advertise that their property is "CLEAN AND IS IN A GREAT LOCATION" but when you get there it's a dump,the owner is rude/nonchalant and the location is 10 miles from where you wanted to be...This rental is quite the opposite,Cynthia Hermosillo and her daughter were very hospitable,the rental was EXTREMELY CLEAN AND QUIET, the location is exactly as specified-1 block to the St.Charles Street trolly/streetcar and it was spacious enough for 2 adults and 4 children.We hated to leave and are actually planning another trip to New Orleans,thanks again Cynthia and we'll see you soon.

WONDEFUL

This was our second stay at this apartment and we were not disappointed! Cynthia is wonderful to deal with and very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is well laid out and beautifully decorated. Everything that we needed was available for us to prepare a number of meals at 'home', which is how we think of the property when we are there. We stayed for over 4 weeks and never had a complaint. We can't wait to return.

Great Setup

Excellent location - just a short walk to a tram stop on Charles St. Scenic trip in to town on the tram going past all the gorgeous homes of the garden district. The apartment is very well set up., especially the kitchen. Quality new kitchenware throughout, with everything you could possibly need and more. A spacious two bedroom apartment as well.

Time of my life

I just want to say we was definitely way beyond pleased with this property. It had every accommodations that we needed from personal items to the location. Everything was accessible. It is a two bedroom one bath property and it was five of us women there. It was definitely spacious for us. I just want to say thank you again Ms Cynthia. hope to see you next year. We found this location really easy to walk a block to see the St. Charles parades, the streetcar, and a little fenced yard for our dogs. The place was very clean and had everything we needed including coffee for the morning. We slept really well on the new mattresses and found the area to be very quiet in the morning which was great since we were out late celebrating Mardi Gras.

I rented this property for myself and my wedding party. I stayed at this place for 3 nights and it had everything that we possibly needed to make our stay feel like we were right at home. The place was very clean and located a block off of St. Charles(a very popular street). I will always go with this rental property whenever I want to visit New Orleans!

Perfect Apartment!

This apartment was lovely. It was clean, spacious, and was so close to the street car, we were minutes away from anything we wanted to do or see. The bedrooms had beautiful linens, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. I could not more highly recommend this place as an alternative to staying in a hotel. The money we saved just by cooking two meals a day was worth the price, which by the way was much cheaper than renting two hotel rooms. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and answered all my silly questions promptly. It was perfect!

Great for Jazz Fest

We truly enjoyed the clean well appointed apartment. The place is nicely furnished. We took the street cars into town, and transferred to get to Jazz Fest. Way better than staying downtown, especially for two couples. We will stay there again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

This apartment is beautifully decorated, fully-equipped, and very comfortable. And very centrally located - easy access to all New Orleans attractions. We have stayed in many apartments when we travel and this is by far the best we've experienced. Perfect for a family with children or for two couples. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The owner was very approachable and easy to work with. Super experience all the way around!

I was already in love with New Orleans before
staying at this property, but staying here showed
me again just how special this city is. It is in a
superb location for Mardi Gras, right off the parade
route! Getting around town is incredibly easy (less
than a block from St. Charles Ave and the streetcar
line), but the immediate area is full of enough
attractions to deserve its own vacation. We were
immediately impressed with the location, and were
even more delighted to find a comfortable and
spacious interior. The owner is extremely
accommodating and helped to make our trip the
