Description of the New Orleans vacation apartment rental

Where convenience and affordability meet luxury and safety is right here. This is a fully furnished corporate apt. one block off the Canal Street Streetcar Line. It is located in probably the safest neighborhood in the whole city. Please check around as this matters! The property is a newly renovated 1 bd apartment with one bath a full kitchen and a side parlor. The place sleeps 4 comfortably (2 in the bedroom and the living room has space for several more people). Cable is on. A full service laundry mat is 50 steps away! This neighborhood is quaint, on the historic registry, and people freely stroll around even at night to restaurants/ pubs/ grocery/ coffee shops and one of the biggest and best City Parks in the country is just a few blocks away! The apt. is located amongst a small apt. complex with nice neighbors -- this is not a converted old house full of bugs. As a native who has done plenty of traveling I have made an effort to make sure people are happy! Feel free to contact me about anything before, during, and after your stay as I am in it for the long run!
