Description of the New Orleans vacation b&b rental

Bed & Breakfast syle with perks. 4-5 Bedrooms, sleeps 2-10 people.
Rent out Part of, or all of a large New Orleans style house in the lower garden district. This is a luxury rental.

Partial Home Rental:

Large Bedroom with fireplace, separate sitting room with couch, 600tc egyptian cotton sheets, cd player. Private bathroom. Shared living room & big beautiful Kitchen. Sleeps 2-4*.

2nd bedroom, queen bed, fireplace, share bathroom with 1st bedroom. 2nd bedroom only rented to the same group so you would only share this bathroom within your group. Sleeps 2.

*(a 2nd fullsize mattress will be put in the sitting room if additional bedding is required, the mattress is very comfortable). Sleeps 2.

Rent the Whole House:

Additional Master bedroom, very large, 20'+ ceilings, walks out to large 2nd story porch. Queen bed with 800 thread count sheets. 2nd bathroom. This room is only available when renting out the whole house. Limited availability.

Huge yard with a beautiful POOL with lions head fountains in tropical setting with palm trees... very private, brick patio with teak dining table (seating available for 10), Top of the line stainless natural GAS GRILL, gated off street parking. Digital Cable, High Speed Internet via airport network.

THIS is a fabulous house, how can it get any better than having a POOL to swim in, New Orleans get's hot! Grill out next to the pool at night! The house is very cool, eclectic, but very nice & comfortable - not stuffy.
Just a couple blocks from magazine street's great restaurants, coffee shops, saint charles and the trolly. ALSO the trolly will take you all the way to the French Quarter.

Rates for the whole house:
$500 p/n, 2 night minimum (standard rate*)
possible discount for weekly rental.
*rates during mardi gras, jazz fest & other special events may be different.

This is New Orleans. So much to do! Take a walk through the lower garden district to see the beautiful homes and landscaping. Take a cemetery tour within walking distance. Commanders Palace just around the corner. Shops and restaurants on magazine. Take the trolly to the French Quarter. Visit the zoo. The house is centrally located to everything!

I stayed here for a period of time in 2004 and early 2005. The house is in a great location (Uptown) and the pool is really nice.
