This lovely Garden District property is located on the Mardi Gras parade route, just one block from historic St. Charles Ave. and a short yet scenic streetcar ride into the French Quarter. It has 2 large bedrooms, each with it's own large bath, hardwood floors, high ceilings, a spiral staircase, fully equipped kitchen fit for a chef, and a lovely courtyard. In other words, all the charm you could imagine in a New Orleans home awaits you plus many other amenities including off-street parking, high speed internet access, cable TV and, since I am an art agent, walls filled with original artwork.
