Stay here if you're going to New Orleans!, May 30, 2008

My wife and I were lucky enough to stay here during the coveted week of Mardi Gras. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back. The condo was very clean and we always felt secure; even with tens-of-thousands of parade goers just two blocks away! Brandon and Larissa were more than happy to have a drink with us and were a wealth of local knowledge - especially when it came to good, local food. Whether you're into fine dining, or finding some hidden, hole-in-the-wall place that makes the best Po-Boy's, Brandon knows where it is. Thank you for an experience we'll never forget! We WILL be back!
Fantastic spot for return home!, May 27, 2008
By Kate and Jason (Boston, MA, formerly NOLA)
We rented the condo for 5 nights for our first visit home since we left in December 2006. It was a GREAT place to stay, and in our old neighborhood, so it felt like we never left! Kentwood water dispenser is a great touch, I definitely got use of that! Everything we needed was there, and the condo itself is very clean, updated, and with a great, comfortable bed. The experience was excellent, and we will certainly stay again!
Thanks!
This is a great place in a very good location that is off of the beaten path. Easy to get a cab, close to food, grocery, and drug stores, and directly on the trolly line for easy downtown access.
A wonderful court yard and the inside of the place was just amazing. Hardwood Floors, updated kitchen, Flat Screen TV, Stereo w/ disc changer, and new AC.
Property owners were very helpful and were great to hang out with.
I will stay here everytime I visit the cresent city.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. The neighborhood is so quiet and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and of course the streetcar. We would definitely come back again and plan on telling all of our friends and family about this great find! Thanks Brandon and Larissa!
We loved our stay in this beautiful, perfectly efficient and comfortable appartment, owned by lovely, very helpful Brandon and Larissa. A great library of cookbooks,a perfectly equipped kitchen, wi-fi, an incredibly comfortable bed, HBO, and of course the Garden District at your doorstep. Streetcar around the corner, all the great shopping and restaurants of Magazine St. a few blocks away. Our business/vacation stay here was full of treasured memories and sights. With great architecture and art, food, music and soul to spare, NOLA touched us deeply. Many thanks to Brandon and Larissa, and to this great city!!

Great little condo for NOLA get away!, January 3, 2008
This adorable 1 bedroom condo is owned by the greatest couple. My family was in NOLA for the rebuild efforts for the week of Christmas 2007. The owners were very accomidating. The condo had the most comfortable bed with down comforter and mattress pad. My children found the plasma screen TV with WII very entertaining. The owners allowed us to bring our dog and even left my chidren a bag of mardi gras beads and stuffed animal of which they had a blast playing with. The community is lovely and we enjoyed daily strolls down the street car line. This is a must-stay place!

Location, location, location!!!This unit is located in a very secure, quiet part of Garden District. Right next to gorgeous mansions and unbelievably cozy boulevard. I wish they could pack some air from under those trees so that I can take it back to Chicago with me. Exotic, but convenient street car/trolley is only half a block away and it can get you to a crazy French Quarter within 10 minutes. Free parking is provided by the owners. Condo is very clean and cozy.Looks like it has been completely remodelled recently. I will highly recommend it to my friends. Thanks a lot, Larisa. I'm just sorry our vacation was so short, Anastasia
The condo is so nice. You feel right at home the moment you walk in. The price is the best I have ever saw new orleans. Brandon was very helpful and everything was nice. I loved the secured building and the security. I will return to this place.
