New Olreans Garden Style, May 11, 2009
By Josh Odor (Chicago, Il)
This rental is perfect for the folks who like to go to the action but not be in the action. The Garden District is much more laid back than the Quarter but the Quarter is only a quick Trolley ride up St. Charles, which is right outside the door. The rental itself is top notch. Very clean, uncluttered, comfy and centrally located. It has a great stereo w/ a wide selection of music, internet capable, laudry facilities onsite and is great for folks who aren't afraid to do their own cooking. Can't wait to visit this rental again.

Great Stay -- Super Comfy, May 11, 2009
By diana s. (Grand Rapids Michigan)
Thouroughly enjoyed staying at Brandon and Larissa's condo. It was very comfortable (both bed and couch are fabulous), the location is quiet and a stones throw from the street car that will take you to the French Quarter. Would love to do it again.

 Excellent rental!, May 1, 2009
By Tom and Nora (Ireland)
This is a really good place to stay. It's just off St. Charles Avenue in the nicest part of NOLA (uptown) and 1 minute walk from the trolly line and less than 10 minutes walk from Magazine Street with lots of restaurants and shops including a good supermarket. A Borders bookstore is about 3 minutes walk. It's very clean, well equipped and has plenty of space for a couple. The owner Brandon is a really nice guy with lots of helpful advice on the city. We recommend it very highly and would stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to NOLA soon.

Great Place to Stay!, April 17, 2009
By Brooke (Seoul, South Korea)
This is flat out an awesome place to stay. It feels like a home away from home, complete with a Nintendo Wii, big screen TV, kitchen cupboards stocked with necessities, full size fridge, etc. Very modern and clean! The bed is amazing - I've traveled to 30 different countries and I can honestly say this bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I don't know what kind of mattress it was, but it was heaven. The owners, Brandon & Larissa, are a wealth of information about New Orleans. I highly recommend this place!

Great Condo in New Orleans, March 2, 2009
By Donna Lindemann (New York, NY USA)
We stayed at this condo for the 10 days prior to Marti Gras. What a wonderful experience ! The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, tastefully furnished, stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect for Marti Gras parades, and would be perfect at any other time - in the Garden District, a few blocks from stores and restaurants, and a half block from the St. Charles streetcar to the French Quarter. The owners, Brandon and Larissa, live two doors away, and they are wonderful ! Knowledgable, friendly, and helpful without every being intrusive. I think this was a rare find, especially during the height of the busy Marti Gras season. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone.

 Great Getaway!, December 15, 2008
By Ron & Barb (Spencer, IA)
We have stayed in Brandon & Larissa's condo three times in the past few years, and it is THE BEST place to stay in NOLA! It is very clean and comfortable. The location is great! We appreciate Brandon & Larissa's knowledge of the city, as well as their suggestions on what to do and where to go! We'll be back! Thanks!!!

FAR better than a hotel, October 13, 2008
By Sarah Becker (Cape Cod, MA)
This place is fantastic! It's got everything you need (full kitchen, TV/internet, bath, queen-sized bed, couch). It's centrally located. You can walk to quite a few great places or you can catch the trolley car and have access to a whole assortment of other restaurants and bars. It's clean, modern, and quiet at night. You really just can't beat it! I HIGHLY recommend staying here rather than at a hotel.

 Exceptional Experience!, October 7, 2008
By Rebecca Fenner (Altamonte Springs, FL)
My husband and I were extremely pleased with this condo in New Orleans. It was clean, cozy and close to everything! We'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone we know!

By Maureen and Brian (Los Angeles, CA)
This is the second time we've stayed at Larissa and Brandon's condo, and once again, it was just perfect for us. The location is great- just one block off of St Charles Ave, and the streetcar. The condo itself is spotless and very comfortable, and has all the amenities of home- very nice newly renovated kitchen (complete with lots of good cookbooks!), a comfortable couch, and large flat screen tv with DVD and DVR. And Larissa and Brandon are so accomodating! This is so much better than staying in a hotel! We'll certainly be back!

By Brett (San Diego, CA)
My wife and I were lucky enough to stay here during the coveted week of Mardi Gras. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back. The condo was very clean and we always felt secure; even with tens-of-thousands of parade goers just two blocks away! Brandon and Larissa were more than happy to have a drink with us and were a wealth of local knowledge - especially when it came to good, local food. Whether you're into fine dining, or finding some hidden, hole-in-the-wall place that makes the best Po-Boy's, Brandon knows where it is. Thank you for an experience we'll never forget! We WILL be back!

By Kate and Jason (Boston, MA, formerly NOLA)
We rented the condo for 5 nights for our first visit home since we left in December 2006. It was a GREAT place to stay, and in our old neighborhood, so it felt like we never left! Kentwood water dispenser is a great touch, I definitely got use of that! Everything we needed was there, and the condo itself is very clean, updated, and with a great, comfortable bed. The experience was excellent, and we will certainly stay again! Thanks!

By Bill (Boulder, CO USA)
This is a great place in a very good location that is off of the beaten path. Easy to get a cab, close to food, grocery, and drug stores, and directly on the trolly line for easy downtown access. A wonderful court yard and the inside of the place was just amazing. Hardwood Floors, updated kitchen, Flat Screen TV, Stereo w/ disc changer, and new AC. Property owners were very helpful and were great to hang out with. I will stay here everytime I visit the cresent city.

 Great stay!, April 15, 2008
By Allison Semancik (Miami, FL)
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. The neighborhood is so quiet and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and of course the streetcar. We would definitely come back again and plan on telling all of our friends and family about this great find! Thanks Brandon and Larissa!

great stay in NO, April 4, 2008
By adda mihailescu (new brunswick, canada)
We loved our stay in this beautiful, perfectly efficient and comfortable appartment, owned by lovely, very helpful Brandon and Larissa. A great library of cookbooks,a perfectly equipped kitchen, wi-fi, an incredibly comfortable bed, HBO, and of course the Garden District at your doorstep. Streetcar around the corner, all the great shopping and restaurants of Magazine St. a few blocks away. Our business/vacation stay here was full of treasured memories and sights. With great architecture and art, food, music and soul to spare, NOLA touched us deeply. Many thanks to Brandon and Larissa, and to this great city!! adda and greg

This adorable 1 bedroom condo is owned by the greatest couple. My family was in NOLA for the rebuild efforts for the week of Christmas 2007. The owners were very accomidating. The condo had the most comfortable bed with down comforter and mattress pad. My children found the plasma screen TV with WII very entertaining. The owners allowed us to bring our dog and even left my chidren a bag of mardi gras beads and stuffed animal of which they had a blast playing with. The community is lovely and we enjoyed daily strolls down the street car line. This is a must-stay place!

 Perfect, January 2, 2008
By Anastasia (Chicago,IL)
Location, location, location!!!This unit is located in a very secure, quiet part of Garden District. Right next to gorgeous mansions and unbelievably cozy boulevard. I wish they could pack some air from under those trees so that I can take it back to Chicago with me. Exotic, but convenient street car/trolley is only half a block away and it can get you to a crazy French Quarter within 10 minutes. Free parking is provided by the owners. Condo is very clean and cozy.Looks like it has been completely remodelled recently. I will highly recommend it to my friends. Thanks a lot, Larisa. I'm just sorry our vacation was so short, Anastasia

The condo is so nice. You feel right at home the moment you walk in. The price is the best I have ever saw new orleans. Brandon was very helpful and everything was nice. I loved the secured building and the security. I will return to this place.
