We just returned from a girl's weekend trip to NOLA. Three of us spent three nights in the one bedroom condo, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the FQ, and plenty of other shops, bars and restaurants. We felt very secure behind the locked iron security gates. It was peaceful and quiet, and with the shutters closed, we slept in quite late each morning. The condo was well-stocked with anything we needed, and when we ran out of toilet paper, it just took a quick text message to have some brought to us. Even though the weather in NO was PERFECT for our stay, we still enjoyed the nice cool a/c in the condo. The queen bed was extremely comfortable, and the sound machine on the nightstand was a very nice touch. My girlfriend said the sleeper sofa was also really comfortable. Bruce and Cam met us on arrival and were extremely pleasant and helpful. The only "issue" I could find with regard to the condo is the lack of mirrors. With three girls trying to get ready at the same time, bathroom and mirror time was a premium. It would have been nice to have had a floor length or wall mirror somewhere else in the condo, for hairdrying or putting on makeup. This was a minor issue though, and would not prevent me from staying here again, or recommending the condo to friends. It was a great price, great location, and great folks to deal with. OMG! The condo is comfortable, peaceful, extremely clean. The owners are pleasant and accomodating. They allowed for early arrival to the unit and held my luggage when while waiting for my flight home. This was my second ever condo rental and this unit was by far the best experience i have had. As a military member getting back from a tour this was just what i needed. I was very pleased with everything as well as appreciated for serving by the owners. The units have beautiful art and paintings. What you see online does no justice for the in person view of ths condo. AWESOME! I would definitely stay there again.

The Lodging was very nice and within a short walk to Burbon street. Very quiet and safe. I would give it 4+ stars if it only had a pool on the hot humid days. My Wife and I had a Great time seeing the sights- plantations, swamps, haunted tours, WWII museum, VooDoo Museum, Paddle wheels etc. I would recomend this location for those who don't mind a little walking but want a little quiet at the end of the day.

This condo is everything it promises to be and more. The location is very convenient to the rest of the French Quarter and wonderfully furnished. The bed is extraordinary with the softest sheets I have ever felt! Even the sofa bed is wonderful, with an auto-inflating air mattress on top of the foam one. The rooms are spacious and in perfect condition and the kitchen makes a great place to have a simple breakfast. The condo is furnished with delightfully eclectic art and handsome antiques. The complex it is in is small, very secure and all the residents are quite welcoming without being the least bit intrusive. Needless to say, we will stay here again on our next trip to NOLA!

So glad we found this condo, could not have asked for more. Clean, comfortable, decor is more then we expected. Home away from home. Perfect location when visting the French Quarter and surrounding areas. Hosts were very helpful sending us to great spots for food and music. Will be back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visting the fabulous city of NOLA!

We came across this on the website and called - are we ever glad we did. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, the condo is clean, neat, artfully fininshed and decorated with local art. Did I mention affordable and centrally located? This has been one of the best places we've ever stayed.

we had a wonderful stay in new orleans in part due to our adorable condo !you can't beat the location as the french quarter is at your fingertips but you are outside all the chaos so it is quiet. our hosts were very gracious and generous-they even baked us a pumpkin pie for thanksgiving. we loved it ! thank you,we will be back !

My friends and I stayed at this property during the big Halloween weekend and couldn't have been happier/more comfortable. That condo had everything one could need to feel at home. The condo was in a great location just outside the madness of the French Quarter surrounded by great sites and eats, close to public transit, Frenchmens Street, parks, cemeteries, and more. Also the owner and manager were incredibly hospitable which made my experiences even better.

The condo far surpassed my expections as the pictures do not do it justice! Not only was bigger than I anticipated, but it was extremely clean, comfortable and artfully decorated. It is in a GREAT location with private gated parking. The owners thought of everything! There were ample pillows and an abundace of linens and towels, along with everything else one could need (free Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, iron, dishes, utincils, etc). Bruce and Cam were as helpful as can be, even helping me get my dog situated upon arrival. The location of the condo couldn't have been better; not to mention the close proximity to Bourbon Street. Everything in the French Quarter was a close,safe walk or very short drive away. Without a doubt, I will definitely stay here next time I am in New Orleans!

This was our first visit to New Orleans. We were extremely impressed with the condo and the proximity to Bourbon St. and all that New Orleans had to offer. The condo was clean, roomy,comfortable and very tastefully decorated. It was within walking distance to great restaurants and lots of entertainment.We were able to walk to the streetcar stop and for only $1.25 took them to the garden district and even to the cemeteries. We also loved the gated parking. We only moved our car one time(Wal-mart trip)the whole time we were there.The owners are fantastic and made us feel right at home. I will definitely stay here on our next visit. We are already planning another trip for next year.

We had an amazing experience in this perfect French Quarter condo. Great location, tastefully furnished, comfortable bed, imaculate space, and the owners are a joy to interact with. I can't stress how much my wife and I loved the owner.. friendly, accomodating, and an overly gracious host. I'm never looking outside of these folks again when staying in New Orleans.

This place must be your next destination ! So well located (walking distance to everything in the French Quarter), everything you need to cook, so well decorate, perfectly clean and, but not the last, the owners are so handsome. We don't hesitate to recomand this place to anyone who want to visit New Orleans (don't forget the French Quarter Festival, there is music on every corner). Laissez les bons temps rouler!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were absolutely amazing and every detail of the condo was perfect! Within walking distance of Bourbon Street. The owner was incredibly friendly and suggested places to dine and attractions to visit. We hope to visit New Orleans and refer to their establishment in the future!

Upon my first visit to New Orleans I stayed at this property and could not have been more comfortable. The condo was not only clean and furnished but had everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home. The kitchen was completely stocked with dishes and cooking accessories, the towels were fresh and fluffy, the shower had amazing pressure, and there was plenty of room to hang out and relax. The location was perfect close to both Bourban and Frenchman streets, ample public transportation, restaurants, bars, and hotspots without the overwhelming feeling of the French Quarter. As an added bonus the landlord was more than nice and informative on the area; he even made us fresh baked cookies! Without second thought I would definitely book this condo for future visits to New Orleans
