The home offers two Master bedrooms one downstairs and one upstairs. It has 2 wonderful brick fireplaces, a claw foot tub in master bath, standup shower, elegant dining room, and full service kitchen equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The home also includes a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and iron board. Large closet in every room.
Home is fully equipt with all kitchen supplies for cooking. The bathrooms include towels, blow dryers.

Directly behind the home is a farmers market. You can also conviently walk down 1 block to Arabi Food Store which serves great po-boys, breakfast, and offers cold drinks and coffee. The home is also located, 1 block from the Mississippi River. You can take a stroll on the levee during the day to see the plantation homes at the Jackson Barracks or at night and see the city lights.You will not want to leave this wonderful home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very homey, yet classic and befitting the New Orleans style. The location was great, walking distance to the French Quarter and all the many sights to see near the French Quarter. We even cooked our Christmas dinner and found everything we needed to prepare our dinner. We rented the entire house.

The Home Was Beautiful & We Had An Enjoyable Stay On New Orleans. If I May The Owner Should Invest In New Linens, For Those Who May Not Travel With Thier Own. Other Than That We Loved It!!!!
We spent Christmas week at your beautiful house with our three sons and our daughter-in-law. We enjoyed the elegant living and dining rooms, the comfortable bedrooms with nice bathrooms, and your well-equipped kitchen. The house is only about a 10-minute drive to the French Quarter and downtown New Orleans, so it was easy to see the sights there. We also had a good time talking to your neighbors who are very proud of the restoration of the "yellow house." We had some interesting discussions about how 90 percent of the people living in the Arabi neighborhood have returned following Katrina and Rita and what a good place Arabi is to live. We heartily recommend your house and look forward to visiting again!

Not only was this house beautiful and convinently located 10 minutes from the quarter. The owner was great. We left a large item behind and she helped us return it. I would highly recommend this house for rental. The house was beatiful and fully stocked for use with all the amenities. You may want to be closer to the quarter but this house is well worth the 10 minute drive.

My group was thrilled with the house. We had plenty of room, and all the conveniences of home. The tree house was an added bonus! The internet was fast and easy to access, the kitchen immensely usable. We had no complaints at all. Much larger and more spacious than the pictures led us to believe. Beautifully cared for. And the whole street is lovely.
