Description of the New Orleans vacation home rental

Four bedroom, 1.5 bath, living room, kitchen, center hallway. Hardwood floors, central air and heat, ceiling fans in all the rooms. Satelitte TV. Less that one mile from City Park, and about 15 blocks from the French Quarter. On premises housekeeper to keep bathroom, living room, kiitchen and common areas clean and tidy during your stay. Washer and Dryer on premises availalble for use, or housekeeper can wash and fold your personal laundry (for a small fee).
Also available are two suites each with a private bath and queen bed, and a free standing cottage with a loft bedroom w/queen bed.

Area Information

Esplanade Ridge Area. On beautiful historic Esplanade Avenue , walking distance from the Fairgrounds, restaurants, and grocery stores. City Park is approximately one mile from the house, with the New Orleans Museum of Art, Sculpture Gardens, Tennis Courts, Amusement park for children, and many other activities. About 15 blocks from the back of the French Quarter, farmers market, and the Frenchmen Street corridor. Easy access to public transportation, and off street parking available.

Beautiful historic home!

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful, historic house! It was like no place I've ever stayed before, definitely a better choice than a generic hotel to really absorb the character of New Orleans! The owners were very helpful and friendly, and we found the place very comfortable and spacious, especially with the back garden and the balconies. I would highly recommend staying here!
