Description of the New Orleans vacation townhouse rental
This property features 2 fully furnitured bedrooms and 1 1/2 full
bathrooms. Both bedrooms are
upstairs with balcony access. The property offers
off street parking to accomodate 1 cars. The house is 3 years old. The
yard is landscaped with
outside patio to included all the extras such as BBQ Pitt and gas
grill for outdoor cooking. The
downstairs floor plan is open to accommodate small parties. The
property is fully secure with
outside motion lighting and alarm system. The kitchen has all
appliances to include
stove, refrigerator, microwave and a separate washroom for your
convenience. The Garden
District in New Orleans has its own private security patrol 24 hours a
day.
Area Information
The property is located two blocks from the parade routes, trolly car and bus route. If you travel by car, 5 minutes to the universities and 10 minutes to the downtown, and the French Quarters. The neighborhood is old New Orleans Style living with historic homes. Ideal location for Mardi Gras celebrations. Beautiful setting for a home wedding or other events and celebrations such as corporate retreats, anniversaries, holidays and birthdays.

Other Fees: Cleaning will be deducted from deposit. Also, Standard guests of 4 per rental or 25.00 per extra person. The cleaning fee is a standard charge of $125.00 or $150.00 for special events or holiday. Maid service is available by request for an additional charge. If needed, there will be a fee for extraordinary cleaning and for any damages. A $25.00 cleaning fee for not cleaning the gas grill or BBQ Pit after usage.

Wedding Rental

We had my daughters wedding on 1/4/14 and stayed at Craig's rental, we couldn't have asked for a better accommodation or an easier process for the rental.This section of the Garden District is close to everything If your driving around, and a block or so from St Charles St. trolleys.. Street parking not an issue and a secured driveway that will fit 2. Don't sweat the neighborhood, lots of working class folks and all were friendly....typical of LA and NOLA.

Beautiful Spacious Home

We rented this home for a family vacation and couldn't be happier. The amenities & comfy beds are far better than staying in a hotel. The house was very CLEAN & modern with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was perfect that we were walking distance to the trolley and the neighborhood felt safe. Craig was a wonderful host and provided lots of useful information. I look forward to staying at this property the next time I return to NOLA.

PERFECT!!

We booked this place during the weekend of Essence Festival. Couldn't' have asked for anything more! Very clean, and spacious. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Having Fun In NOLA

This was our first visit to NOLA. Being only 2 short blocks from the trolley on Saint Charles was important. A small store (Williams Market) and local restaurants are also walkable. The furnishings in the house were fine. Craig, the owner provided us with useful information about the area. We had so much fun. Hopefully we will be able to do this again. Thank you NOLA

Perfect setting for a girls' weekend

10 of us from all over the country and Canada flew in for a girls' weekend. We took up both properties and had enough space for all of us. We also used Craig's suggestion on catering and had delicious local cuisine catered for some breakfasts and dinners to the house so we could relax and hang out together. Very convenient to airport (we all flew in a bit at different times) and we enjoyed being able to walk to Commander's Palace for their Saturday Jazz Brunch which we thoroughly recommend. Both properties (side by side) are sharp and modern on the inside - very nice beds, too. Craig stayed in touch from start to finish and runs things smoothly. Thanks for a great stay!

Home away from home

Family Vacation

We took our grown kids to NO where we met in college 35 years ago. The house was perfect for us, although the second bed was really a sofa sleeper with twin mattresses on it. However we had a great place to leisurely get ready each morning, or have coctails before going out at night, with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Centrally located we travelled by both street car and rental car. We would definitely stay there again.

great stay! great house!

Our stay in New Orleans was great! The house is perfect, big enough, quiet area, located close to a super market, tourist center and trolley. We used the trolley to get to the French Quarter about 20 minutes ride, just enough to have a good look at the architecture of the houses on St-Charles street. Taxi too expensive. Fabulous rental

Great Place

We rented the front house and this house for the first weekend of Jazz Fest. Couldn't be happier with the accommodations. Only 2 blocks from St. Charles with easy access to uptown and french quarter. Really nice shared patio in the back with Grill, outdoor seating, etc. Beds were comfy and house was just overall nice. Will be back for sure.

Great Place!

Great place for friends to get together in New Orleans. Easy walking distance to the St. Patrick's Day parade route. Not far from the quarter or university areas. Had everything you would need in a home away from home.
