Beautiful vacation home is very spacious and offers 2 large furnished bedrooms with King Beds and sundeck/balconies , Living area with cozy wood fire place, well equipped kitchen, sunroom, office, dining area , 2 car-attached garage with geremote, private courtyard with gas grill, totally furnishednwith all the comforts of hometruly a home away from home . It also offers 3 TV’s , three DVD-Players , 3 full size baths , sofa bed, towels, linens , iron, kitchen appliances, club house, inground pool ,on site stocked fish pond with ducks & geese, beautiful fountain sprays on grounds . It is truly a fast-food spot . Burger King, Taco Bell, Mc Donald’s ,Chuck- E-Cheese , Arbys, Sonic, Chinese Buffet, Raisin Kane's Chicken, Popeye’s , and Waffle-House at the corner. Just 15 minutes from LSU , Wal-Mart, Target, the Mall of Louisiana. The town-house is close to I-12 and Sherwood Forest.

Nice property

Well furnished and equipped. Quiet neighbors even with dogs. Nice and clean inside and outside. Things are as described in the advertising. It is a bit noisy outside, but it depends on each point of view. For those with dogs, there is a dog park around 3 miles.
