Deposits: A one night deposit on a credit card. Special events: one night deposit with the balance due 60 days in advance of event. Special Event rates and minimum stays apply. Mardi Gras 2010 - Feb. 10-16 , $2000.00/night , 5 night min. Jazz Festival - 42,000.00/night , first week 4 night min, 2nd week, 5 night min.
Other Fees: $150.00 cleaning fee applies.

We had a fabulous time at Maison du Parc. It is a charming, beautiful old home restored with all the modern amenities. The owners could not have been kinder or most hospitable, and they were extremely responsive on email. All of the parades on Mardi Gras day roll right past the house, and during the preceding parade days, it is a very short walk to the parade route on St. Charles. Just a few blocks from the streetcar and located on a few major bus lines. Convenient to everything! Highly recommend staying at Maison du Parc!
