Lovely modern home in upscale family neighborhood on a quiet road great for walking/or biking with children. 3 miles from the vibrant town of New Paltz and, just 1.5 hrs from NYC! 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, modern kitchen, fireplace, piano, stereo, TV/Cable, DVD, washer and dryer, air conditioned. Home office with WiFi, BW/Colorprinter/ copier/fax. Outdoor grill, porch, patio, yard, swing and trampoline, on-site parking. Large organic garden, deck and outdoor fire-pit.
Four bedrooms:
Master suite has a king size bed and its own full bathroom.
2 more bedrooms each with 1 queen size bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Area Description

New Paltz is a small town, with great character. It has a university in the center of town and many small unique shops. There are a variety of restaurants that serve everything from fast foods to high quality gourmet meals... Something for everyone! Local merchants offer organic meats, vegetables and wines, and on Sundays we have our own farmers market in town. There are many local craft and music festivals. There is bus service to New York City, right from town (3 miles away). Nearby wine trail and, mountain biking and hiking trails, parachuting, hang-gliding, town pool

We are a world class destination for rock climbing and hiking, and the nearby Mohonk Mountain House hotel draws many notable visitors. Canoeing/Kayaking, children's activities, galleries/museums, health clubs, horseback riding, lakes, major shopping (Woodbury Commons discount outlet), golf/tennis, theatres are all a short distance away.
