Description of the New Port Richey vacation condo rental

This lovely 2 bedroom condo is beautifully and completely
furnished, and you can save $$$ if you are able to stay all
winter. 3 to 4 month rental, at $1,650.00 a month, 5 month rental, $1,450.00 monthly and if you can stay 6 months, the rent will be $1,200.00 monthly! All utilities, cable TV and phone included. Fully equipped kitchen and all linens. Quiet
peaceful area, but within walking distance of a shopping
mall and Publix grocery. There is ample storage space and in unit washer & dryer. All appliances, kitchen cabinets
and furnishings are new. Covered parking.
Access to a lovely private beach is also included.
PLEASE NOTE: A 3 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL IS REQUIRED, DUE TO
THE CONDO ASSOCIATION BY-LAWS. TENANTS ABLE TO STAY 5 OR
6 MONTHS ARE PREFERRED.

Area Information

This is an area of single family homes and condos. There
is nearby shopping. This property is located in "Gulf
Harbors", a waterfront community. There are many channels
offering boating access to the gulf. The largest "North
Channel" is across the street from this property. In the
rear, it overlooks a Lutheran Church and it's adjoining
vacant land. There is a pool, and access to the Gulf
Harbors Beach (a private beach for residents only) is
included. Tarpon Springs, a tourist attraction with
quaint shops and "sponge docks" is 8 miles away.

Winter Rental

April 3, 2012

We will have spent 6 months from November through April of 2012 at this Condo. The owner has everything in place that you would need to call this a second home for the winter months. Conveniently located with many Churches in a 3 mile area; shopping very close by and overall very well located. The private beach is also excellent and about 2 1/2 miles from the unit. We would definitely be coming back except for medical issues that prevent that. Owner excellent to work with and strives to "be there" if needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this Condo to anyone interested in getting away for the winter months, in particular.
