We are different than the other vacation rentals, we live locally and are here to accommodate your needs just like a hotel. If you have any special needs, please ask, we will be happy to accommodate.
We have Free Verizon Fios Internet, TV, and Phone! Long Distance included to all of US & Canada! TVs in 4 Rooms!
We have a fenced in yard and are small pet friendly. Please give us a ring, we allow daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and long-term rentals.
Large home - 1600 square feet of living space! Two living rooms & two eating areas.
Our quiet, affordable, comfortable, clean residential home is located in Colonial Hills, East of US 19 off Moog Rd, and located between Grand Blvd and Madison Street. This location is 16 miles North of Clearwater, and 30 miles NW of Tampa.
The home is 1600 square feet and a concrete block home which is located in a non-flood zone, and non-evacuation zone. This is a worry-free home!!
The home is walking distance to the local library, convenience store, pizza place, and an International convenience mart including sub shop. Best subs in the entire area is walking distance!
The home is described as having warm colors, central heat & air, it is a two bedroom home with 3rd room with a sofa/sofabed with its own climate control A/C, there are two full baths, and a two car garage. There is a living room and a family room separate from each other. The entire house is ceramic tiled, so it is cleaner and cooler (no allergies allowed at this home!)
This home is a corner home and very quiet neighbors. The front porch is shaded to enjoy the breeze with your morning coffee and the fenced in back yard is great for enjoying the Florida sun.
The Master bedroom has a California King Poster Bed, and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both rooms have a TV.
The kitchen has an open bar to the family room. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric stove, and side by side refrigerator with water dispenser. A large tub washer and dryer and separate sink located in its own laundry center in the garage.
The formal living room/dining room is large and is nice for extra sitting and eating space for visitors/guests.
There are four televisions with cable, the Family Room, Living Room, Master Bedroom, and Second Bedroom.
You will be very pleased with this residence and will want to return year after year!

|Deposits: $300 deposit for weekly-biweekly rentals. $500 deposit for monthly rentals (short term). For long term - 3 month minimum stays & longer booking in advance, one full months rent will be the deposit to reserve. $100 cleaning fee is deducted from deposit. Electric/water is included with a cap of $150 per month for electric and a $60 for water. Amounts above cap are deducted from security deposit. With proper use of utilities, no overage should occur during season.|

This is a lovely home, exceptionally clean and very well cared for. Everything you need is there, I felt like I could move right in. The owner was very attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay there again!

We arrived at this location on March 10th and stayed threw till April 8th. We totally enjoyed the house it was clean and provided everything that we needed. The only thing that needed some attention was the yard, but I understand that there was a couple of frosts and that it is very dry there, also I believe that there was a water band on. We enjoyed our stay entirely, would go there again.. Sincerely Trev Simm

Home is not clean. Garage is not ceramic tile and there is no dinette set or couch. The garage is used as a storage area. The dishes, pots and pans and utensils are piece meal and not clean. Light bulbs burned out, mold and mildew around tub and shower, ice maker does not work. There is junk stuffed in cupboard, closets and drawers. We are extremely disappointed.
Most of the Vacation Renters who stay at my home, typically share with me that I am a pleasure to work with, and appreciated my immediate availability for any issues or questions. Many of my renters also return the following year, and new renters tell me they will return the following year. I enjoy meeting people and love to help them have a great time while they are here. If anyone needs a different home, I rent other owners homes as well. I have a personal page that shows all the homes I have available, and the owners find it very nice to deal with the same person year after year. From 2011 to 2014, this home has been leased as a long term furnished rental. Since I assisted my tenant in the purchase of a home, my home becomes available October 15, 2014 as a short term vacation rental once again! Starting now 9/12/14, I am looking for a long seasonal tenant! The longer the stay, the more discount on the rent. I look forward to hearing from you!
